Krispy Kreme

I waited 15 minutes with 1 car in front of me for them to take my order. This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this store and it’s never gotten better. The people working there, extremely rude! I truly don’t understand with all the bad reviews this store gets why don’t they do anything about it!!!!!!

Tried to order 2 apple fritters and a water in the drive through. Had to repeat the order 3 times then she said Pull Forward. She says We don't have "apple Critters". Geez! Take it off the menu. Got 2 pumpkin glazed instead. Super disappointed in this location, service, and products available.

Pulled into parking lot and 2 employees were outside and about 3-4 cars in parking spots. Pulled around and was the 3rd car from the window. After about 10 minutes we moved up. Car behind us left. After another 10 minutes or so, I called. After asking if everything was okay because I have been in the drive-thru for over 25 minutes. She did not respond, so I asked again and was told that they were busy inside. So, we waited for another 5 minutes and the line still did not move. We pulled away and drove around the building. Yes there was more car that pulled into parking spots, but the people inside were not enough to justify 25+ minute wait in the drive thru without getting to the window.
Love Krispy Kreme, but this was truly unacceptable. Staff shortage had nothing to do with the lying and disregard for people's time. A little "sorry for your wait, we'll start moving drive-thru shortly" may have had me to wait for my donuts

Quick and friendly service. Did not realize how high inflation was until I had to pay for 5 donuts. Wooeee.

Normally I do not have a problem ever coming to a Krispy kreme however today I bought a 1/2 a dozen donuts for $10 and some change for them to taste old and hard.

You can't go wrong with a dozen assorted donuts!

This location is getting worse every week. I went by today, my kids wanted to try the valentines donuts. The lady taking the order at the window had a terrible attitude from the start… I wanted 6 assorted valentines donuts. She told me that she can’t do half dozens. I said okay, can I get (2) 3 count assorted? She told me “no” I had to buy them each separately, or buy the full dozen. I almost wanted to drive off but my kids wanted the donuts… she had an attitude the entire time she took my money and to top it off 😫😫😫😫 all the donuts were half the size as normal. I also got a dozen glazed donuts that were half the size as normal. Just terrible all around. I’ve tried to call several times but no one is answering. I think someone needs to rethink their employees they are hiring. Everyone has a job, just do yours without being rude!

Always super friendly service. Like the Chick-fil-a of donuts!
