Website says open at 6 am. Was there at 6:30, and someone was in front of me. I waited for 10 minutes, and then I placed a mobile order. Still in drive through, I waited until it was scheduled to picked up. Still no movement in drive through line. Wait until 7. Nothing. I ask the guy at the order speaker if he has been greeted. He says no. He had walked to the front, saw people inside, but nobody would come up to explain why they weren't open. He had been their since almost open. I'm just upset they couldn't have someone on a headset saying something like, " sorry, but we are unable to complete orders at the moment." Instead they just acted like we were not there. Called customer service, I left a complaint, and I got my money back. I went to the other on Cervantes later. Disappointed that I have a store 3 minutes away that can't do things right.
Previous occasions I have received stale donuts, and their hot and fresh light is never on. Rarely even in the mornings. I see them posted up outside doing whatever at night when I drive by. It's bad management that is letting this happen.

The employees were rude, gave me the incorrect order (even after I had to repeat it three times), and the donuts I did get were disgusting. I will never go back.

Disappointing. Asked for one kind of doughnut, they're out. No biggie. They recommend two others so we order those. When we go to pay they inform us they're actually out of one they recommended. Switch to the other. Come back to inform us they're out of the other they also recommend. Change the entire order to ones they say they actually have we leave only to realize every single doughnut was wrong in the order. Ended up with a bunch of stuff we didn't want. Not sure if it was a mistake or just lack of care.

Fast and efficient. Donuts are great after a few seconds in microwave. They stay good 2 or 3 days of you store them correctly. Open 24-7.

This visit was not a good one. We ordered 10 original glazed and 2 lemon filled. After we left the store we checked and saw we had received 8 original and 4 Lemon filled, not what we ordered. Also, the 8 original donuts were not standard size. They were smaller in size and shape and not completely cooked. Looks like we received the last of a batch of donut dough. At this time we were too far from the store to spend time to return for a replacement.
This particular store did not do a good job at quality control of their product.
Suggest you check the content of your order for accuracy and quantity.

You are better off taking your business elsewhere or to the Krispy Kreme on Ninth Ave. This store repeatedly has had the worst customer service. Employees are rude and disrespectful. They are always out of items that are advertised via promotions and on their app. Assuming the employees are just extremely lazy, they tell you it’ll be about an hour wait for simple regular glazed. Establishment should just be closed down as a whole honestly.

The lobby is closed so you have to use the drive thru. I ordered two donuts, one was wrong. No way to get it corrected. Sure, it's just a donut, but get it right for crying out loud. Or make it possible for your customers to get correct service!
