Krispy Kreme

Nice place inside went for doughnut holes and maybe a few doughnuts but decided on a dozen glazed for the price of doughnuts has become ridiculous im not cheap but neither is a single doughnut i guess thats why the display was completely full and around two o'clock so im sure others feel the same, good but not that good, sorry krispy kreme but it just a doughnut.

Review based on waiting for them to open. Unfortunately didn't have an opportunity to taste the donuts. Their hours are posted as opening at 6 a.m. on Sunday morning verified on their door and on their website. I've been sitting here at the drive-thru window for 25 minutes. No one is answering the phone and no one is taking orders. I would not have waited this long but my wife was wanting Krispy Kreme for mother's day....

Decided to give this place another try. Mainly because my wife was in the car and she wanted to go there. I decided that I needed to go in because I wanted to see what they had available other than the basic glazed. When I walked up to the door it was locked no sign of any kind. I knew I had seen some people sitting in there so I walked to the first window and in fact there were two employees sitting at a table literally two feet from where I was looking at them. Hi politely tapped on the window to ask if they were in fact open or if the dining room was closed. Both had to try to avoid looking at me. I tapped three more times successively each a little harder. Again I was tapping heavily on the glass not 18 in from one of them's ears. All four times neither one would even bother to look at me much less making it effort to see what I was trying to find out. This was approximately 3:45 pm on a Friday and according to their website, the dining room was open until 7:00 and the drive-thru was open till 11:00. Needless to say I didn't bother going to the drive-thru.

Officially done wasting my time with this location.

I just simply LOVE, LOVE Krispy Kreme donuts. Hot Glaze, please ; )
I stop by the location twice while I was in Ferry Pass, FL. Once I went through the drive thru and once instead.
The staff was pleasant and the facilities was clean. Just writing this review makes me want another 3 pack now : )

Gave this place a one star after waiting in the drive thru for 5 minutes before they open to purchase fresh warm donuts. When they open at 6am they took my order then to tell me they don’t have any fresh warm donuts. When I ask how old they were she said they were made yesterday. Needless to say my warm donut carving was crush and I left disappointed. 👎

9th Ave crew are so kind and funny. They remember returning customers and greet you with laughter each time. Seems like Jermaine got a model crew

Once again just got back from driving down there to get fresh donuts. Once again rude slouchy talking employee was evasive about fresh. Didn’t have any fresh donuts. This place sucks. Wish we had a Shipleys.

The donuts are tremendous and it is great that they added another location, even though it sadly affects the local donut shop owners.

I’m not sure who’s order I was given but it was not mine, so when I asked for it to be corrected the male working the drive through said “it’s our rush hour.” And I said “okay then I guess can I just get it refunded at this point then?”. When I got back to the window the employee said “I didn’t take your order.” When I went to explain why I was there. ( I never said she did nor was I rude) then the manager said “I don’t have time for this.”

Okay... then maybe get it correct the first time?? I worked a drive through in high school it’s truly not difficult.

Love the donuts but the store was supported to open at 6am. It’s 6:13 and the drive tus backed up because they appear to not be open. No one answering the phone. 06-12-21.

I hate to put this in writing, however, they never have the basic doughnuts that I like at the time I go. My mother specifically wanted lemon filled and raspberry filled, shocker ,they didn't have any. In fact all they had was a tiny few choices to choose from. This has happened 3 times in a row at this location.
