Krispy Kreme

Ordered 3 donuts, chocolate sprinkes, boston kreme and original glazed.
Boston kreme wasn’t the one with kreme instead had whip inside it.
Original glazed had no glaze on it and the sizes of all three of these donuts was mini sized when I paid for the full size.

The two Pensacola locations seem to keep donuts past their hold times. Sometimes they're very stale and dry to the point that I had to throw them away. And other times they're fresh. It's both locations so I blame whoever the district manager is. I tend to visit in the evening. My guess is that they're doing this to lower food cost to improve profit.

Always slow service with just one person at the front who seems like they barely know what's going on. Any time I've tried to get a claim an offer/deal they're confused on how to apply it or sometimes just won't even apply the discount. Besides that the donuts are mostly good just really bad service.

Tried to go inside and order and the doors are locked. And online rewards don't work. So 2 stars is now 1 star.

Just purchased a dozen donuts from Krispy Kreme earlier today Feb 6, 2022 with two milks. Both milks over 10 days old, smelled completely spoiled. Go somewhere else & fire the manager -Chase Smith,CEO

Second time cold on the verge of stale donuts. Cashier In the drive thru is as rude as can be if she worked for me she would’ve been gone! This place is nothing close to 9th avenue! Find people who want to work!!!

I love Krispy Kreme but they did mix up our dozen and we didn’t get our chocolate covered ones! I forgive them tho!

Krispy Kreme hardly ever has there hot n ready sign on.
If you go in the evening, don't be surprised if your favorite donuts aren't available

I parked and went to the door to be told Thursdays were drive through only. I went back to my car waited about 15 minutes in the drive-thru to purchase glazed donuts. I asked for two dozen. Today, when I opened the boxes to serve them to my students I noticed they were really small, so I tried one. They were the most nasty donuts I have ever tasted. They didn't appear to have any yeast in them. If I did not live 60 miles away I would have taken them back. I have always loved Krispy Kreme, so was extremely disappointed in the quality of these. The workers that day appeared more concerned about playing than serving customers as well.

I have been to many Krispy Kremes over the years. But never have I felt so welcomed nor as good of a customer/employee interaction until today when I met Tamia in Pensacola, Florida. Thanks Tamia.

Good donuts but rude and poor customer service. I had a coupon for a free donut of my choice (that’s what it says on the coupon) and yet they said I could only have a classic glazed not the specialty donut my son wanted even though that specialty donut was in stock. Crooks. Look how many other 1 star reviews there have been recently. Lots.
