Krispy Kreme

There is a great variety of donuts. They are fresh, and you can watch them make the original glaze on the conveyor belt.

I went to this Krispy creme last night and never have I had such an unpleasant experience. We went through the drive thru at 11pm which I didn't think would be a problem since it says the drive thru is open all night I was wrong. The woman on the headset first said they were out of four donut flavors which wasn't a problem but anytime we asked for a different flavor they seemed to be out of those too. It was just very frustrating when we asked what they did have she refused to tell us even though she wasn't being clear at all. Overall a very rude and disappointing experience let's just say we didn't end up ordering anything. Not to mention that three workers were just chilling outside the building leaving only one girl in there by herself.

Charra, Jeff, Alexis, were absolutely wonderful along with the rest of the staff. They greeted me as soon as I walked in and took care of me and help me complete my order very well. This is a clean establishment, and I am grateful to have this in my area to visit whenever I’m around!

Horrible customer service. We ordered online glazed donuts and assortment. The glazed donuts were extremely small. We called them and she said they were having problems with the marker. She didn't try to apologize or replace them. Definitely won't be going back to this location. I'll drive across town before I go back.

The woman taking our order obviously didn't want to be there. My mother and I haven't been in a few years, it was a treat. And the place was dead, we were in the drive through picking what we wanted and she was rushy and annoyed. When we got to the window she barely made eye contact and didnt smile even once. However the price was fair. Donuts are kinda dry. (I was starving so I ate one lol). I guess I'll stick with Dunkins for my donuts. 💁

The rating is for not having a good drive thru experience..the sound is barely audible and today's service at drive through was slow..when you are in a hurry to get to work in the morning, I would rather go to a different location for a better fast service..food purchased was good though..

I love Krispy Kreme. that hot and ready sign does it for me every time. unfortunately, if you order online you are screwed! I spent almost $30 for an assorted dozen. My only request was "no pink frosted donuts. please replace with either chocolate or original glazed". I received zero original glazed. I received zero chocolate glazed. but I did in fact receive four disgusting pink frosted donuts... and an additional two really grody looking cinnamon things.

spent at least 15 minutes on the phone with two different people at the store. their only answer was that I had ordered through DoorDash and so therefore it was my fault that I did not get what I wanted. by the way....I didn't order through doordash. I ordered directly through the Krispy Kreme website. I can only assume it was they that sent it to DoorDash. however, as I pointed out, the doordash driver doesn't come in and choose donuts to deliver.

THEY should have read their order- and sent out what was ordered. they were unwilling to fix my problem and these disgusting donuts in any way.

Always delicious. Busy Valentine's Day morning, but the order was correct and tasty. The employees are very courteous.

Very friendly staff! They were out of the cookie butter doughnuts but the cinnamon rolls were amazing. Krispy Kreme is always good!
