I am a 60 year customer & my family 3 Generational of Krispy Kreme but the older lady who waited on me today probably needs to do something else. Customer Service is not her cup of coffee. Best wishes to the new employee. I pray that you make it. I use to love Krispy Kreme. We have even sent back Krispy Kreme donuts with out of state families over my lifetime as far away as New York and Connecticut. I bought just 2 minis & a coffee about 3pm today. What could possibly goes wrong? It was her attitude with customer & with new employee, poor body language, eyes & head rolling..definitely not friendly to see or experienced.

I was so excited to get the Oreo donut but it was sold out so I went with the KK worker’s recommendation (the cookie dough Chips Ahoy donut) and it tasted pretty old. Wasn’t good at all. Definitely disappointed.
My drink (the caramel latte) was really good though! (4 stars for that)

Okay…so when do the hot sign come on??? At or around 6p like most or 7:30pm whenever they get around to it??? Bc clearly someone dropped the ball…I ordered at 6pm online only to have cold donuts and told the hot sign will be on at 7:30p and she insisted they’re fresh and made at 4p 😒…I’m like no everyone knows fresh means hot…if I could give zero stars I would! Now I have to go home and warm them up in the microwave ugh

Picked up chocolate covered creme puffs In Greenville NC today. Sadly hardly no chocolate on the donuts. Tried to call and complain no answer. Sad that the people there do not take their job seriously. Sorry order. Didn’t take them back because we live 30 minutes from Greenville. You can bet the next time I order I will check the order before I leave !

This past Saturday afternoon, we ordered one half dozen glazed and a coffee while the HOT sign was on. The doughnuts AND coffee were lukewarm at best. I won’t make the mistake of spending money there again.

I came here a while back and the staff was utterly short and rude when ordering at the window. Ill try again soon and update this review to see if they’ve improved since. Doughnuts are made from a machine so of course they were good as always.

I don't know if this post will be received at the Greenville, NC location or what. I have a question and huge complaint. First we love KK donuts as does thousands of others. I always buy the KK donut fund raiser cards from any schools that are raising funds. Many times I have donated the cards to various things like school, etc for events. We ourselves love using them. Over the last few months on my last 3 visits to Greenville, we have stopped by. Each time there has been no glazed donuts and it would be hrs before any would be available. I normally get a doz glazed and doz assorted and share with friends and family. Since again there was no glazed, I asked again if I could purchase 2 doz assorted and pay full price for 1 doz of assorted and be given credit for the cost of a doz glazed towards the price of the other doz of assorted. Again I was told no so I realize that is the final answer. Why is it that they are always out of glazed hrs before more are to be made. Are enough not made at the proper times, is the procedure just not to make enough intentional? So again I just left with no purchase. I will be hesitate to buy future cards since it seems almost impossible to use them anymore. So I disappointed others again by not bringing special treats home. Pretty aggravated with this issue.

Well done , it's better to buy a whole dozen ! You can't eat just one with your coffee , you need a dozen and share it with others

Too often they're out of popular doughnuts and the chocolate glaze has gotten thinner and thinner. Very disappointed the quality is slipping.
