Much better service than last time I was here. Place was nice and clean and there were plenty of fresh donut options. Had to come grab some of the Thanksgiving releases, Top priority being the Orange Cranberry. They are fantastic! Coffee tasted a little burnt, but the bitterness actually complimented the sweetness of the donuts.

Absolutely awesome.....the hot sign wasn't on, but they were hot. The young lady there wasn't hospitable, but after hearing her concern, that all changed. I thanked her for coming in to be a service to us. Man. I forgot her name, but I will definitely repost with her name next time. Thanks. Oh, those glazed donuts are really getting expensive 😫 but still delicious 😋

Stopped in with my senior for her free donuts on 5/24. Service was wonderful and everyone at the store was super nice. And the donuts were just as tasty as ever. Great job, Memphis Krispy Kreme!

Went to Krispy Kreme on Hacks Cross this morning for my donut fix. Ordered the assortment w/raspberry filled being one of them!! It was one of the worst I've ever had!! They call this filled??? What a joke!!😡

Okay so normally I would give KK 20 stars but two Fridays ago I pulled in to the Stage Road location where they were advertising Chocolate Glazed Donuts and sometimes they are not able to do that promotion on some Fridays. I specifically had to pull up to the window because the order box refused to talk that day. I tried to curb my excitement when asking if that Friday was specifically a Chocolate glazed donut day and the very kind lady said “yes”. I ordered two dozen and drove the 20 minutes home. In my opinion, those chocolate glazed donuts are even more amazing cold. As I opened the box in anticipation…sadness overwhelmed me as I stared at two dozen of chocolate iced donuts. 🍩
Now I can enjoy those but I was really disappointed to take the young blonde haired lady at her word.
Moral of the story….check your order before you drive out of the parking lot no matter where you go. You tend to get🪛 in the drive-thru.

Customer service was fine. In the sense I received what I ordered. HOWEVER, I've frequented this location on at least 6 occasions. Once, they weren't able to accept cash or debit. Another they only accepted cash, exact change. Three other times cash only. And one other time debit only. The inconsistency is annoying. If there is an IT issue where registers don't work properly; Krispy Kreme is a large enough conglomerate where they should have the resources to resolve something like that. But if it's employee incompetence; please just shut it down altogether until that weak link is fixed. Your reputation is at stake. And I said the latter because I see that worker pride deficiency in a LOT of fast food restaurants in Memphis. Can't blame it on supply; because I visit some of the same establishments in Nashville and parts in between and it's not at all prevalent like I've experienced in Shelby County. Memphis, GET IT TOGETHER! 🤷🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️😪

Terrible customer service.... supposed to be open until 10pm drive thru until 11pm. Pulled into drive through at 815 on a Saturday night and she said they were closed but took the car ahead of us. Guy taking the trash out was smoking a joint too. Great Look Krispy Kreme !!

The HOT SIGN was on. Order via the app and order was ready. Glazed doughnut were fresh and service was good.

I suggest that the change their times on google but other than that donuts were great.

First visit here..getting heart-shaped doughnuts for my coworkers. Bought 5 orders of 3-packs for $18.95.Very friendly service n even met friendly customers who offered me the extra coupons she had but unfortunately cannot use them on my order.
