Was really disappointed in their donuts. I bought 2 dozen for the firehouse and went to the truck and opened the box and was so disappointed I took them back in. The icing was almost all soaked in or gone like several day old and they where not soft. The other mixed donuts dozen was some better but not what KK is usually. The replacement dozen was better but not great. The prices have really went through the roof especially for sub-par donuts. Hopefully it was just a really down day. I know KK does have great donuts so will probably give them another chance.

Dining room was closed so everyone was in the drive thru. First when trying to order they were out of or had “not yet made” a majority of their donuts including any of the advertised Reese’s. Not sure what was going on, but when we finally got to the window and paid we waited 15 minutes for our dozen donuts. Every car was waiting that long and only getting donuts. Employees were inside just standing around doing nothing. A pretty sub par experience all around!

Placed and online order for a regular dozen glazed, and the new Biscoff dozen. I got there 10 minutes after my pick up time, and waited for 15 more minutes before anyone asked me what I needed. So 25 minutes after the ready time at this point. Then when I tell them the name for the order, they hadn't even started making it. It took them 1 0 more minutes to box the donuts and get them to me. 35 minutes wait for an online order. What's the point in ordering ahead ?

As a kid my Mom used to take me to the original Krispy Kreme in Pensacola. I always ordered the same thing. White frosting filled donut. yummm. Anyway, after living in California for many years we moved here to Pensacola and drive by the Krispy Kreme store on nine mile. I keep meaning to go inside but twice over the last year one of my California clients has ordered Krispy Kreme from the 9 mile store and they delivered them to my home here. As always, Krispy Kreme donuts are amazing.

Coffee cold
Donuts not fresh. The chocolate glazed with creme filling was hard. No hot glazed. No chocolate glazed. We drove from Milton to Pensacola (9 mile Rd). That was a waste of my time and gas.

I can't believe you can't go inside a Krispy Kreme store on nine mile and get a doughnut and cup of coffee. The drive thru is all that is open ona sat. Night at 7pm , won't get my business in a five thru , and people are inside working ridiculous

Since when does Krispy Kreme not serve crème filled doughnuts without the chocolate icing!??? No caramel latte ordered vanilla it tastes like international delight no coffee taste at all !!!!!!!! The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is for the glazed donut I bought!! Goin to Dunkin’ for coffee from now on! Or anyplace really at least they serve actual coffee!!!! What a waste of money!!

Great place for donuts and coffee. The service was friendly and they were sure to get us the freshest warmest donuts. We also got a latte and another coffee which were good too.

This KK is not as good as the one downtown. I am so glad they built a new one, but this one doesn't have "hot" time as the other, plus it seems to have less flavors of donuts then the one downtown.
