Krispy Kreme

We came to this location specifically because we expected to see a well kept flagship store. The "doughnut factory" window was so dirty that it was hard to see through. My custard filled donut was just half full, and when I asked for a cheerwine donut, the clerk scoffed at me saying she's never heard of such a thing (I googled it after, and turns out it's a seasonal item). Two staff members were fixing the ice cream machine and a third was standing around looking at them working while a line built at the counter.

Is anyone on earth who doesn’t love donuts?? Nonononononono~~ especially for girls. Plus sweet lover.

The one of the rudest experiences I’ve ever had. I went through the drive thru and ordered a dozen hot and ready, a mother day mini 16 count and a strawberry sprinkle shake. I had a Groupon gift card which is a Krispy Kreme gift card. I told the worker the numbers for the gift card and he said it didn’t work. He called another worker over and told me they didn’t take Groupon. Instead of trying to argue I just handed them my card to pay. Then after he rung me up and gave me my receipt he asked what I had ordered bc he forgot. I told him and he gave me my hot and ready dozen. Then a completely different worker came to give me my Mother’s Day minis and said have a good day. I told him I had a shake also and he said ok hold on. He came back and said hey our ice cream machine just broke and we’ll refund you. I said ok and the worker who told me that they didn’t take Groupon came back and proceeded to tell me I had to pay again. Confused I asked her to explain. She talked really fast and said “ I’m saying you have to pay for the donuts again.” Then she finally explained that they cancelled the entire transaction and refunded my card. So I said “Ok well let me check and see if it’s been refunded bc im not paying for them twice.” She got really rude and said “ It won’t show up so you have pay again.” I told her I was going to check anyway bc I wasn’t paying twice for my order. She got really ugly when I checked my account and said ok it’s showing that it was refunded and so I handed her my card and asked how much it was going to be. She told me, ran my card and sarcastically said “have a good day” as she handed my card back. First time I ever stopped at this location and it will be the last!!! I will tell everyone I know not to go there!!! Only reason there is 2 stars is bc the donuts were the only good thing about that place.

Came tonight 04/25/23 after reading on google that hrs of operation was open until 10:30pm. I drove 20 minutes to find that they were closed. The people working inside with headsets didn't even acknowledge me, and after driving through they were standing there laughing at me. This is the second time in a couple weeks that I couldn't get doughnuts. Last time clemmons said they only had 1 blueberry doughnut available and it was 35 minutes till closing. I guess it's time for krispi kreme to pack it up, get out the way for business that want to serve customers.

The staff is very friendly especially (keisha)! The app is awesome I used it to order this time for the first time, and when I arrived sadly there was no raspberry donuts that I ordered, but I was compensated for the issue. Overall I am satisfied and I will be going back to visit this donut shop.

Went through the drive thru for a cup of coffee. The coffee was room temperature!? Come on Krispy Kreme, you can do better!!!

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of how unprofessional the staff was. The doughnuts were amazing, but the staff on Sunday were very unorganized, unknowledgeable about prices of their products and what they offered, then the girl at the register said "people with common sense would know we only offered diet coke instead of fountain drinks when the diet coke is all we had sitting out." When it was my friend who ordered a coca-cola wanting a fountain drink. My response to her was "Well your menu above you does say 'coke products' with a coke, diet coke, and sprite label- so no, actually one with common sense would think to change the sign instead of calling talking about their friend to the next customer." Just Disrespectful and rude.

Drive up and enjoy! We bought the apple fritters special. Apparently they were delicious because my husband ate all 4 in 24 hours! There was one huge and 3 smaller ones for like $13...which I thought should have yielded more but when all you have to do is pay, eat and be happy how can you complain? No messes 😄

What can I say, it's Krispy Kreme!!! Bought a dozen doughnuts and they were awesome. Staff and location are outstanding. Make the journey......

The doughnuts were great but the staff wasn't very friendly.
A little smile goes a long way towards creating a better customer experience.
