Service for checkout was terrible with personality of not wanting to be there. Fresh donuts were tasty

Donuts were fresh and so good. But service was horrible. Girl at drive thru was hard of understanding what we wanted and had a horrible attitude and their manager was just as bad. With a new staff this place would get 5 stars from me.

Love there donuts, but had a rare experience, love lemon fill donuts, order 6 filled lemon but they had no lemon in them, drove back n even the one that were filled had very little filling in them. Maybe that something that needs to be address. I still love there donuts though. My favorite donuts!

Just got into town from KY last night staying at hotel down the street Walked in to get doughnuts for the family this morning and politely asked the little blk girl behind the counter if they had maple glazed, her response while throwing hand on hip "NOT THAT I CAN SEE!" Very rude and can start a day off very badly. Needless to say I should have went to the Duck that was half a mile away not 10min.

I picked up my free dozen of doughnuts for my birthday 🎉. Thanks Krispy Kreme.

Donuts are amazing but customer service could be improved a little. Drive thru took longer than expected when it wasn't busy at all.

Love doughnuts and Krispy Kreme is the best! I love how they added icecream and milkshakes to there menu! They r really creative with there doughnut flavors, especially when seasons change!
