Krispy Kreme

This location single-handedly restored my faith in the donut chain. The franchises in the northeast are increasingly lackluster. This location served deliciously soft and fresh donuts. I can’t say enough about how great the product was.

Fresh doughnuts, good coffee. But i was expecting good merchandise for this beautiful brand.

The most horrible customer service. Who assumes a doughnut factory keeps doughnuts from the previous day. I know I would never think that. With that said, I came to get a Boston Crème doughnut and walked out with the hardest doughnut I have ever had. So, I took it back to exchange the doughnut and had asked them for the freshest one they have. Tyra was extremely rude to me and told me that all the doughnuts are made fresh every day. Is that what I asked for? No it isn’t. I know they are made fresh every day as I am in a doughnut factory and not a grocery store. I asked for the freshest doughnut not the ones that were only made today. This attitude prompted me for a refund and the assistant manager had an attitude as well as she issued my refund.

In a time when we are all struggling financially, when a customer is willing to pay over $2.00 for a single doughnut, treat them with a bit of respect and realize that at the end of the day doughnuts are not a necessity in life. This behavior has likely convinced someone like myself to keep driving down the freeway and not give second thought to getting off the exit for a fresh doughnut even when the hot now sign is on.

We waited for our donuts until 5pm when they would come out fresh. The staff, one lady in particular was very nice and gave us donuts for our wait. Bless you! We will definitely be back to buy more. Highly recommend.

Very friendly drive thru staff. Told us how long until the "hot" sign was on & made grandbaby happy.

I've come to this location 4 times on different days, and different times, for the one item I absolutely LOVE. Every time I've asked, they say "we're out of the base for that." The mocha frappe is the best item this franchise USED to have in my opinion. I imagine it's because they don't want to have to clean the machines. Either way, I'm on the hunt for my next favorite drink.

World's best doughnuts made even better at the original location. When the "Hot Ones" sign is illuminated, hustle inside.

Not really good customer service but Krispy Kreme is always the best

I love me some Krispy Kreme. The seating area was tiny, and the trash was overflowing, but the staff was very pleasant.

Excellent service. I just got a relative out of Wake Forest Atrium Baptist hospital and they were really wanting a Krispy Kreme donut. So we drove by and saw the red sign lit up and I went in and got him some donuts. I talked to the cashier and she laughed and said that a lot of people wanted donuts immediately after getting out of the hospital. Since the red hot sign was on he got a free donut!
