Krispy Kreme

I used to come to this location all the time several years ago, it was my go-to location. Boy how times have changed. Extremely rude and flippant drive-through staff, constantly out of core products (like Raspberry Jelly) at all times of day. Somehow runs completely out of decaf coffee, does not offer to make more. Hands down the absolute worst experiences out of any donut shop I have been to across the country. I was raised on Krispy Kreme, and worked a decade in food service. but honestly considering never going to another Krispy Kreme after my last experience. At least Dunkin’ Donuts doesn’t run out of decaf and staple donuts, not to mention doesn’t have flippant and rude staff.

Krispie Kreme has best donuts. Love chocolate cream filled, and glazed.

What can I say. You can't go wrong here with anything. I been going here for 50 yrs. The best doughnuts on the WORLD!

Haven't had a hot fresh Krispy Kreme donut in years, so I bought two dozen! I only ate three in the car like a madman before I left.
Looks like they have specialty drinks and new things to try but I'm afraid I was too distracted by all the donuts in the glass. The lady behind the counter was very patient with me as I picked out everything.

So good as always. We got the Hershey’s s’mores donuts. Oh my gosh they were so good. And of course we got dozen for the road.

The performance of this location has dramatically decreased over the past year. The first issue is this location has not updated the business hours in over 2 years and there hours state the business is open 24 hours, but that is incorrect. We drove 35 minutes for donuts and arrived 3 minute after 11PM, their closing time and stated they had no donuts left over because they are all for the next day. I could go on but the basics of operating a business is having accurate hours of operation that don’t waste other peoples time.

I lived in Winston-Salem for 40 years, and bought there 1-2 times a week. It has changed for the worse. The dozen I bought today had half the coating and cost 40% more. Never again.

Always our favorite go to donut place. Absolutely love KK!
