Krispy Kreme

I haven't visited a Krispy Kreme shop in many years! It was a nice surprise to find that their donuts are still delicious and they have expanded their menu to include other tasty treats. We ordered a dozen donuts for the whole family. The staff at this location was very nice and helpful, Antonio gave us a great impression before we even stepped foot in it. He was upbeat and polite on the phone. The young lady who was helping us gave us a 10% discount on our order, which worked perfectly with our gift card we were using to make our purchase. The shop was open, airy and well-lit with clean restrooms. I highly recommend this Krispy Kreme location!

Went to the drive thru at 6:30 am for a dozen donuts. Was told I would have to come inside to be served for no apparent reason. I went inside, the employees were not friendly in fact seemed miserable. I saw one employee working on donuts and she pretty much smashed the donut into what she was putting on the donuts. The lady who had the headset on from the drive through just stood around and only worked the cash register. One of the glazed donuts I got was sort of deformed on the bottom. No quality control. Nothing positive to say about this Krispy Crème.

So I love their donuts, they always have THE best donuts, but if you need a drink, stick with milk or juice. Yes, my fiancé and I did drink our coffee, but it wasn’t because it tasted good let me assure you, it was just because we were thirsty after eating some bomb donuts. It was literally like a pumpkin spice bomb went off in both of our cups. There was so much pumpkin spice but somehow the drink still had no flavor. There was pumpkin spice all over my car. What the hell Krispy Kreme. NEVER AGAIN. The coffee is always so watered down. I’ll never get coffee from there again. Good donuts though lol

Service would have made us come back to try again. Except that it didn't. Not happy to be at work, eh? Hate your job? NOT. The. Customer's. Fault. What's the deal with people talking to you like shizz and corporations not caring. Well. Here you go. Also. Maybe branch out KK and have coffee that's not been sitting for hours, ripening, cooking on the hot plate. Make a fresh pot on the regular. Grossest coffee ever. We might have gone back if the lady who helped us had not spoken unwelcoming to my man. No good.

Truly, I'm sorry for whatever is going on with you. We all have hard stuff. Going to the donut shop should be a smiling experience. Treating fellow humans like trash isn't going to help anything. We are blessed to be living in the USA. We can make things better here.

Wow I haven't had Krispy Kreme donuts in years. Very good donuts but so sweet. Just a little too sweet for me. But the donuts tasted good. We could not get ice coffee due to some electrical issues.

I love stopping here when I see that Fresh Fresh Red light!
The customer service and fresh donuts stay on point for as many years I’ve been returning here.
I highly recommend this one and only Krispy K. in Jacksonville. Always the best and never disappoints.

These were the “fresh” glazed donuts i received that were made an hour ago…

I am sad to say that they have issues. The donuts are amazing, but I had coffee - I had been told it was good. I went through the drive thru on 3/2 at 3:30pm and ordered a MEDIUM vanilla coffee and a MEDIUM chocolate coffee with no added sugar. I was handed two SMALL overly sweet cups of colored water. The boy who handed them out looked like he was on drugs. I didn't have time to go back and get it fixed, so I was out what I paid for 2 mediums!

Manager is rude none of the staff likes her. The grubhub delivery app is always delivering the wrong order and she lies and says she can't see em on the computer. Now she took them off the delivery app. This business would make more money if they had good management.

I love Krispy Kreme donuts and coffee, but this location is terrible. It isn't in route to anything most people go to. I think they could have found a much better location being further south on Western Blvd. I guess it's better for my midsection that I can't make it out there any more than I do, but prefer KK over DD any day. 5 stars for donuts, 2 for location.
