I placed an online order for a birthday delivery. They called me first thing in the morning because they were out of a certain product but the assitant manager went above and beyond to correct the situation and was super nice. The donuts were delivered on time and were a great surprise treat. Thank you!!!!

One of the best quality donuts around! Very good flavors that they keep changing to the excitement of the customers. Promotions to include holiday, monthly and daily. Love the buy a dozen and get a dozen promotions! Lots of different flavors. See if their hot and fresh light is on because the just made donuts are rolling off the line! I feel like ones experience can be impacted by time of day at this location. I tend to stop in the evening, and I've only had good experiences. I really have liked the evening manager I've encountered. He is very friendly and eager to accommodate customers. He always makes sure we have what we want and this most recent visit, be even found something in the back that was a flavor my guests we brought were excited to try. (They don't have Krispy Kreme in their region.) I love being able to watch the donuts being made. I would guess it gets annoying with being stared at all day everyday when you work in the back over the heat making donuts, but the employees always seem to be fine with the attention, wave to the kids, etc. The bathrooms are always clean or reasonably clean, which can be a challenge sometimes on a busy night.
The mini donuts are adorable! My guests ordered a dozen just to take back home the next day as a gift for someone. We also enjoy the fun special flavors. I used to be a Dunkin person but you cannot top a hot fresh Krispy Kreme donut! I only eat them hot. It's hard to resist that red light. 😁

This is our girls date go to! The staff are always so wonderful! They donate to local events every chance they get. They seriously are a great group of employees here!

They refused to sell me unfinished donuts for my kids with diabetes. Stating they needed them to finish to sell to customers!?!?!?
What was I?
Had to call the store while at the drive thru and ask the manager why I wasn't considered a customer after all I had already bought 36.00 worth of food and drinks from them. They begrudgingly sold me 6 measly unfinished donuts. Not the plain shells I wanted to take home and make diabetic friendly for my kids who are discriminated everytime we buy sweets. Thank God Dunkin Donuts has no problem selling me shells.

No donuts when we pulled up 2 hours before closing

I just ate a chocolate glazed donut and it tasted like pure grease! How disgusting. Your donuts use to be good, but anymore I rather buy from grocery store bakery. You might want to consider changing grease more often. Very dissatisfied.
