Krispy Kreme

My rating today is all about customer service. Went through the drive thru this morning to get my daughter donuts for her birthday breakfast, after receiving the donuts and paying I asked for napkins. I was told that there were none available at the drive thru window but that I was welcome to pull around and park and get out in the pouring rain and go into the lobby and get some myself. There was noone else in the drive thru and there where not alot if people inside so I'm confused as to why it was too difficult a task to kindly get me a couple of napkins. Needless to say my daughter just used tissues that I had in my purse, extremely poor customer service.

The Jacksonville NC location is always out of specialty donuts. I have been told on numerous occasions they sell out by 1pm. I even go during lunch hours and they are sold out. I was recently told they sell out by 12 daily. I don't understand if they are aware certain donuts sell out by noon, why is nothing being done to change that? The location is open until 9? This has been an ongoing issue for over a year now.

I ordered 1 dozen in 2 boxes.
I was charged $8.99 for each 1/2 dozen.
it would had been nice if the cashier would have told me this beforehand.
it will be a long time before I go to krispy kreme again.

It's best to not go later in the evening unless you're getting the donuts that are fresh. The one's behind the counter are DRY! Also, looked like someone was having a party. Boxes of chicken wings on most of the tables in the dining room.

Naturally, the HOT glazed were awesome. I got a mixed dozen to take home. Six of which were chocolate cream filled. There was barely any cream filling. This, unfortunately, seems to be the norm. It's the same way most of the time at the Wilmington store. I keep hoping for quality control to come back because these have always been my favorite.

We always love getting hot and ready! A little disappointed that I got my kids Valentine’s donuts in a bag, they kids will never see how pretty they started as but still delicious!

I see they went up on price and are making donuts smaller. The donuts at the local speedway convenience store are better and almost 1/2 the price. I’m done with Krispy Kreme.

The people a company employs can make or break the best of businesses. It is sad that one teenage kid on a power trip can ruin the day for other employees and for patrons. SMH

It says they're open inside till 10 and drive thru til 11, but not according to the two overweight employees just sitting there at 940 watching as I go to the door and find it locked. Then I proceed through the drive thru to be told they're closed.
