I never have a bad experience here, the employees are always so nice and today was no exception. Our son Austin is Autistic and he loves everyone. Sometimes folks are overwhelmed by his enthusiasm, but not your employees. They were so excited to meet him and so kind to him too. He graduates tomorrow, and leaving school makes him sad. When I found out Krispy Kreme was offering seniors free doughnuts, I had to take him. He LOVES Krispy Kreme. It’s his favorite dessert (especially when y’all have the Oreo donuts), and this experience cheered him up so much. Please thank your employees for me and my husband. This location isn’t at all about the donuts. Don’t get me wrong, the donuts are good, but the employees are the very best part of our visit every single time. Today just happened to be exceptional. Thank you. ♥️

Fantastic Sevice! Had a lady in front of me that had like 100 coupons she printed out or made up, but they couldn't be scanned so the poor girl working had to manually enter each one, which she did with a smile, even though the old coot seemed irritated. Since it took quite a while, they gave me a couple of Hot Doughnuts it snack on right off the belt. My God, they are so good Hot, just melt in your mouth! Had some fun Christmas themed, doughtnuts.. Santa's Belly, Sugar Cookie, Holiday Red Velvet, so I got some of them with my usual chocolate over cremed filled. Then, checking out, they gave me a free dozen of original glazed. Just in the area visiting family, wish my KK in Richmond had this customer service! Top Knotch crew and Location!

Grear donuts, Great service and staff.
FIX YOUR COFFEE MACHINE. It is inconsistent, one day I get a great americano the next day I get colored water.
I came to krispy kreme to get away from Starbucks...dont make me go back. My friends that followed me to you have already left and gone back to Starbucks.
I like their coffee. Good donuts also.
Update 02172023: Tried the Americano and was also good. Along with a fresh hot donut can't be beat.

The one in Aiken SUCKS. Donuts should be great 24/7. They're cold throughout the day and at night. The short drive to Augusta is always fresh and hot

Went through an hour before they closed so thought they would still have somewhat of a selection. Only donuts left were blueberry and cake batter. They already had the chairs on the tables and ready to go home. Will try again another day.

First time in Aiken on wed 7.17 and the kids wanted donuts. Dont really care for Dunkin donuts and that red light was on here lol the atmosphere was pretty nice. The cashier looked liked she wasn't much of a vocal person but overall it was pretty good. And them donuts were worth every single penny!

Shouldn't have to wait 10 mins to order a single donut and then another 5 plus minutes to get it,.. I had two customers behind me get their multiple orders/drinks before they realized I had been sitting there waiting for a single donut (with no apology or concern),.. Pretty hard to imagine how unorganized five workers can be, and unaware as a human being to mess something as simple as this up,.. but this store figured out how to perfect bad service,.. won't return.

Only giving 4 stars because their staff wants to charge you full price for dougnuts they know are on sale. If its a special going on, u have to tell them or you getting charged in full

Friendly staff very clean I do miss the days that you can order donuts and coffee and sit down and relax while eating they did have a few tables though
