Natasha was awesome! We were driving an hour to get the limited time caramel doughnuts, and she set a dozen aside to make sure we'd get them!! She didn't even know it was for my birthday. That's customer service!

I'm giving 4 stars because I love Krispy Kreme; however, this facility could have been cleaner. Also the app doesn't allow you to order for "fresh" doughnuts without creating an account. I was only in town for 2 days and there's not a Krispy Kreme where I live so it was useless using the app. Now I'm waiting outside for the hot and ready sign only to go in and find half of the doughnuts deformed and the machine is now broken. You'd think with the millions the company brings in they would improve the work conditions for the staff.

Literally never have donuts ready or are "out" of every donut. Don't offer suggestions of what they do have. Why wait 20 minutes in line to drive away with nothing?

We went through the line and checked the box when we got home and they gave us the complete wrong order. My husband went back to get the correct donuts. The worker there was very rude and shock his head the entire time at him for just wanting the correct donuts. Then my husband checked the box and it was still incorrect. I understand people have bad days but you’re in customer service, you need to be more professional.

DoorDash didn't give me the option for Halloween doughnuts so I called and spoke with Natasha. I explained that my daughters birthday is Halloween, and she is home sick today and all she wanted was a Halloween doughnut from Krispy Kreme. Natasha made sure we got Halloween doughnuts and even included a get well message on the box for my daughter. She went above and beyond and it is appreciated so much!

Who doesn't love the hot light? Checking out the specials of the month is always interesting. Some to me are kind of on the pricey side but they have them for you.
