Customer service is always slow. Not sure why it takes so long to fill a box of doughnuts but it sure does here. The other location in Pensacola is much quicker and much more friendly. Seems like no one wants to be here. The doughnuts are always good but we have passed by several times if there is more than one car in the drive through- not worth the wait.

No inside service. Drive through was only 3-cars deep. We discovered why when we discovered at the order window, they were out of most popular items. We could not leave without so ordered 12 Plain/glazed. All in all a good experience EXCEPT....

Inside is still closed. It took 15 minutes to get donuts in the drive thru. It is St Patricks Day so they are supposed to have green donuts and themed donuts. Only had cold, glazed donuts. Terribly run. Out of donuts at 8:50am

This nasty server was just awful! She had the line backed up all the way around the building. You could hear her request how may I help you, then as you order, she would shout hold please to every customer. She took pleasure in being disrespectful, wasting peoples time.. She was rude, obnoxious, and filthy. She had icing all on her shirt, and didn't wear a mask, as she would cough in her hands and then pass you your money or credit card back. It was just terrible to experience! She even got orders wrong. People would come back to get their drink orders. She even forgot mines too, but I waited in the drive thru refusing to pull off until my order was complete, and as a result had to endure cynicism that my coffee would be coming, but she didn't even remember my oder for which kind. Another employee had to retake my coffee order, and give it to me. The doughnuts were delicious, but the service was deplorable!!

Would get 5 stars, but they are almost always out of one of our favorite donuts. If you have never been and like donuts you need to make your way in. Nothing like a hot donut melting in your mouth.

SUPER SLOW, unprofessional and constantly gives away free donuts...They seem upset that your there at all. A 6count should not take 10min and the store should not look dark inside when it open. The teleprompter is always broken...needs new management...cuz I would rather drive to 9th Ave from Cantonment than deal with this...

ZERO stars really but i have to give at least 1 to do a review. They NEVER have all the thing on their menu. Along with them not having a working hot sign until recently, whenever we would call to see if they have hot doughnuts ,they dont or dont know when they will.
Or if we ask what time frame will they have hot doughnuts , they answer in this unprofessional tone that they dont know when.
What?! This has to be the only Kk in the universe who doesnt have a "hot" schedule.
I live 5 mins from this location but gladly drive to the one on 9th because 1: they have a much better attitude, 2: have a working hot sign 3: a hot schedule 4: 98% on having all the items on their menu.
Dont waste your drive for 9mile road, just go to one on 9th.

Their menu repeatedly lists items they don't have. I've twice requested hot donuts only to get cold ones. They repeatedly get drive though orders wrong. Cannot recommend. Poorly run franchise.
