Krispy Kreme

Closed at 9 when open till 10. No doughnuts.

On 3/16/22 I decided to go to Krispy Kreme on Nine Mile Rd. I was placing a assorted dozen of doughnuts. I asked for one of each St. Patrick Day doughnuts the lady told me all they have is one. I am disappointed all they have is one kind. I told her I will take three of those than four original glaze. I had five more choices of doughnuts to choose from to make the dozen. So I asked for a Blueberry glaze she said they are out she also said they out of lemon filled and raspberry filled. I told her just cancel my order and I left. How are you majority out of doughnuts that is ridiculous and it is 7am in the morning? I am not happy. So Krispy Kreme on Nine Mile Rd will not be getting my money today.

If I could give a negative five review I would. I've been to this location three times and the service was abhorrent. I won't go into details of the first two times because you could almost excuse it because they were busy so I brushed it off. But on New Years day I went to the drive thru and they had no customers inside and no one in drive thru but for some reason it still took a moment for them to get on the speaker, which again I can understand if you are busy doing other work. I order one thing when another voice interrupted the first using a fake voice claiming they didn't have the product any longer and I could hear the first employee laughing.
I gave it a second and repeated my question to see if they would get out of the joke and I could only hear laughing and the repeated pretend accent.

Worst service ever.

If i could rate zero stars i would! This location is terrible. The customer service needs some serious improvement. And on top of that, why do they only offer 3 types of donuts when there are several more on the menu.

Well my goodness, yall need to bake some donuts. Stop being so lazy. And the worst of all is both times i have given this place a try my donuts were always cold. Idk if these people have never been to the Original Location or not but the donuts are SUPPOSED to come out warm and fresh. Not cold and stale. Just all around terrible experience. I really thought this location would be an added convenience but really its just necessary to drive across town to the one on 9th ave.

We placed an online order for donuts and a box of coffee to take to a group event for work. When we got to the restaurant, they informed us that the coffee machine had been broken all day and that they couldn't refund the money that we already paid. We asked if they could replace the coffee with some other kind of drink (like water bottles) and they told us that they could get the machine working and give us our original order. Definitely seems like they were just too lazy to make new coffee and that no one had asked for the service yet. In their defense, the donuts did taste great as usual.

Terrible. The glazed donuts look like they've been put on a diet. Last 2 times I've stopped and gotten some, 2 months between visits, they were not light and fluffy as they should be. Tough donuts are not KK signature! Someone needs proper training. I see this location failing miserably.

Stopped here for a treat on our road trip. So glad we did. Tamiya was so bubbly,helpful and overall fantastic. The staff seemed happy and it made for a good stop.

There are few employees here that make the stop fun but most are just there filling a spot for a check. It's okay to interact with customers make them feel appreciated because if they don't come then you don't have a job.

By far the worst customer service ever… been trying to get the cinnamon rolls they advertise and every time we try they have some excuse not to have them. Tried again and called before going there and was told they had them. Upon arriving was told first that they are out, then told they never had at this location. Upon asking for the manager was told she is too busy. This place is by far the worst customer service I’ve had in a very long time.

The first time I came for a latte, the employees acted like they didn't know what a latte was, so i left. The second time, I would say the doughnuts are better than the coffee. Will not be going back
