Krispy Kreme

Stopped in with out of town guest to get some hot and fresh doughnuts. We had to wait 15 minutes while the doughnuts were in the rising cycle with 2 rowdy boys. The staff was very nice and brought out their new soft serve ice cream to sample. Very friendly staff and the manager is former military.
The doughnuts were delicious and the store was clean.

Fresh and friendly. Great service!!! Doughnut prices are high though.

First time going. Mixed assorted dozen. 2 large coffee. No line when I came in.

I was excited that this location opened up so close to my house. it was great at first but lately the people working there have gone down hill. I went through the drive through and the girl told me she will take my order at the window, no problem. I pull up and she eventually opens the window and just stares at me. I stared back waiting for something? like maybe "welcome to Krispy Kreme" or even a simple "what do you want?" would have been better than this possessed horror movie girl stare she gave me. I don't even think she blinked. after what seemed like 3 minutes of us having a staring competition I told her my order, even though she didn't even ask lol. I asked for some pumpkin spice donuts. she simply said " we are all out". not even a polite "sorry" or anything. I was looking behind her at the donuts to try to come up with something else to order and point to some donuts and asked what they were, they looked good... to my surprise they WERE pumpkin spice donuts. she tried to play stupid and ask another coworker if they just came out. he just looked at her confused. I didn't really care, bc I was getting pumpkin spice donuts.As soon as I pulled away from the window I pulled a donut out and began eating it and it was very cold. That's when I finally realized she was trying to lie to me. Why? I have no idea. but this is only one story of the many I have of how THIS CERTAIN LOCATION be terrible. the one downtown is further away but worth the drive to me for nicer service.

Doughnuts were decent and the employees were all very friendly but the main entrance was blocked off with cones and a cop car during a very busy time for no apparent reason other than traffic control which was causing more of a traffic panic with people trying to figure out how to get into the alternative entrance. Then after 15 minutes of sitting in the Drive-Thru, the woman that can't even hear us on their brand new speaker. I'll come back after this place loses its novelty for the area or when they are less busy.

What is the point of having online order if you still have to wait in the drive thru line???? COVID is over, get it together.

We only went due to the hot light being on. After being there and getting the order the donuts was cold. Informed the worker she said hold on one second. Came back and told us they would give us hot doughnuts. Closed the window and came back and stated she could not give us hot doughnuts due to the box being in our car and she wasn't allowed to switch it out. We offered to pay for fresh and hot doughnuts, told us we had to come in. The manager never came to the window. When ordering placed the order at the speaker, got to the window and the workers still didn't have the order in the system. She had to ask when we pulled up and to put it in.

Such rude people. We wanted to get a donut for our son with a coupon for a free donut of our choice. They refused to honor the coupon and give us a donut OF OUR CHOICE. They only wanted to give us the cheap, less desirable donuts. Unbelievable. They don’t even want to honor their coupons, and to not care about a little kid. Just wow.

Don't get me wrong who doesn't love Krispy Kreme, but the 9 mile store is not like the original. They never have pumpkin spice or blueberry cake donuts. They are never open on time. The staff is not professional, poorly managed store. Sad

Got a hot mocha…. 🤮 It’s horrible! It’s definitely not hot and tastes like mocha milk! They were not busy. They just opened at 6 and I was 2nd in line.
