Bruegger's Bagels

I love their salmon cream cheese on an everything bagel. I tried toast and non toasted and there wasn't a difference both times the bagels were hot and fresh and crispy. But the coffee Dark roast ,I'm saying it hits the spot.

Bagels are fantasticly fresh. Coffee's always hot.

I have yet to try any bagels better than these. Today I had the smokehouse brisket bagel with a plain bagel and plain cream cheese. They also let me taste test the sriracha honey cream cheese that was awesome. It was not spicy at all. Can't wait to try the sriracha honey sunrise bagel. 🙂❤️

was there this morning around 7:20am and had horrible service. the lady with the wig and ball cap was so rude, 4 other customers got their order before me, very unprofessional. i love their food but that staff was horrible, except Cate. she was polite . the lady with the wig and ball cap had her hair flinging all over the place and is unsanitary for a food place. the two young boys didnt have any idea what they were doing. i was unhappy with the entire experience.

Only way to order online for pick up is through their app, which is annoying but I was in a hurry so I caved and downloaded it and placed my order online. Some basic customization options are missing but again, just went ahead with it for the sake of time.

Show up 15min after placing the order, not ready. Wait patiently as I watch other people come in, order, get their food and leave. After about 10min I ask about my order. They say they don't have it, then about a minute later they "find" it. 5min later I get my food.

What a disorganized mess.

Some of the worst service I’ve ever had. The 3 girls behind the counter looked miserable and were not helpful. The food was okay but it was such a bad experience I won’t be going back

I am late in writing this review however I wanted to make sure I recognized both Melissa and Christina for the exceptional job they did during my last visit. I walked in on a Saturday morning on 10/17/20 and they were the only two people working up front.....one was on the register and one was making orders. The line wrapped all the way around on the inside several people deep. It was clear that they were not fully staffed and I was ready to walk out but it only took me a couple of minutes to notice that they both stepped up and efficiently worked that line down even quicker than when I have been there with a full staff of 3-5 people on deck. I was so impressed with their teamwork and their willingness to work together to speed up the process for everyone anxiously waiting for their order. They did an exceptional job and I wanted to make sure I recognized them, albeit almost a month later. I just now came across my receipt where I had jotted down their names. It was hidden in my wallet in between two other business cards. I had driven down from Hickory for an appointment nearby and we don't have Bruegger's Bagels up here so I was so happy to be able to enjoy my Siracha Honey Sunrise bagel that morning! Keep up the great work Melissa and Christina!

Went to this Bruegger’s bagels for the first time. Walked in and there was only one other customer in the store. We had to wait at least 5 minutes before even asked what my order was because the staff was to busy talking in the back. They finally came up front and kept talking then finally asked what I needed. Ordered then went to the restroom...nastiest bathrooms I’ve been in and it was only 8:30am. Paid and got my bagel. It was stone cold. I do NOT recommend this bagel shop.

Quit using public health as an excuse to not allow seating. You will not last. Won’t be back. Terrible customer service & attitude of employees as well.
