Bruegger's Bagels

Horrible customer service(pregnant girl making orders needs to go home and get some rest) I know pregnancy is not fun but work is work and your job is customer service. Don't get upset because a customer asks to customize their own sandwich. Our food was lukewarm. The crispy chicken bagel lacked and semblance of crispness. Likely won't be back. University and Matthews locations are MUCH better. Coffee are is dirty.

Food was mediocre and service was exceptionally slow even though we ordered ahead online. Waited for almost 30 minutes for online pickup while being ignored.

My favorite for breakfast is the skinny zesty bagel sandwich. The staff is always friendly. I recommend

Okay this place has been smashing it for years and I particularly haven't been much of a customer but I am now and since I have become a customer i'm really scratching my head what's the point of running a restaurant that you only use half of.... Just put a wall down on the metal and rent the other half out save yourself half the rent

Stopped in this morning for breakfast and wanted to say THANK YOU to Jasmine! You were so kind with me this morning when I was struggling with my debit card (user error)😂. Thank you for being so patient with me!

First and last time here. As someone who doesn't enjoy bagels, I certainly did like the bagel I ordered. My friend's and I all got different Bagels and each one was equally as good. However, I will not be coming back here. The staff here, all of them, are despicable. They are definitely not happy to be working here. There were atleast 6 ladies working here and not a single one had an ounce of customer service skills. My friend's and I were "assisted" by a girl with long locks. I said assisted but in reality she just looked at us while we ordered and did not utter a thing. She was rude and didn't wait for us to finish ordering when she instantly turned around dismissing us. She then got upset when we had to finish ordering with the girl at the register. Only made her job a tad bit more complicated by her own doing.
For the people that are still deciding to come back to eat here, I'd suggest you come with A LOT of patience. I know I certainly have it and have much more patience in not helping businesses that have employees like these.

First off, I did come to be critical. For sure,not the worst bagel that I have had in Charlotte. I found the staff to be just fine, efficient, friendly. Bagels are small but priced less than Poppy's for example.

The two stars represents 4 stars for staff, but I did get almost no cream cheese on my bagel. Bagel was blistered which neans dough has been around awhile .

Good bagels for this area ..( I'm from up North so I am used to good bagels up there!) Nice CLEAN store and good staff. Food is good too.Nice selection.

Have gone to this location 3-4 times now and just about every time they fail to meet my expectations. If I order on the app ahead of time they never make it and lose my order, and I end up waiting 30+ mins for 2 bagels to get made. If I go in and order in person they always seem to not know what I want, even with a simple order. I will not be returning to this location again, do yourself a favor and go to a different location or skip this bagel place entirely.

I do believe one part of Bruegger's Bagels name is "Bagels", go in today and practically out of most of what I wanted! sorry, not sorry....will not give my money to that establishment Ever again!
