They are extremely slow i waited 20 minutes for pick up order and then i cancelled the order ,HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!

I ordered a Smoked Salmon bagel here and it wasn't exactly what I was expecting, but the lady helping me was so friendly and helpful and let me have a different sandwich for no cost, PLUS, it was delicious! Thank you guys so much. you made my day!

I walked into Bruegger's Bagels now up until this point I've been a customer of Einstein's Bagels I walked into Bruegger's Bagels I asked if they had salmon and I'm just at the other end so I ended up getting a jalapeno cheese jalapeno cheddar Bagel garlic herb cream cheese you know with salmon and capers and onions and it was fresh it was delicious it was I mean it was just mind-boggling and you know I'm going to go to Bruegger's everyday because that's what I have in the morning for my breakfast it's my own little treat but it was fantastic the employees were nice friendly the store was clean and all those things are very important I'm a customer service Guru and that was one of the best experiences and I've had in awhile thank you very much Bruegger's your outstanding

Bagels had other toppings from I guess the previous order but I personally don't like onion on my sesame bagel. Experience was over all good and staff was polite.

The staff was very accommodating/pleasant. The Winter Special Breakfast Sandwich was amazing (egg white, peppered bacon,avocado spread, cheese, and sundried tomato spread) (Pineville Matthews rd location).

Food is excellent, best bagels I've had other than when I lived in NY. Shop is very clean and the staff are friendly and responsive. Love this place!

Absolutely TERRIBLE!! The GM was just watching her employees drown... Very unorganized my food was cold and not good by the time I got it. I called in the order and it still took FOREVER. I won't be returning anytime soon
