Bruegger's Bagels

I went in this morning to get a bagel sandwich- egg omelet with spinach and cheese. It was already cooked waiting for me and they just reheated in micro. I have had much better bagels even at that location. And the bagel was real small as well as the sandwich. Not worth it. with a drink almost 8dollars

Slowest service I've ever seen. I watched them for probably 20 minutes and I'm still confused about how it can take 5 people that long to cut some bread in half and spread some cheese on it.

For a chain, the food is excellent. The bagels are crispy on the outside, but soft in the middle. The meat was more than the bagel could handle (this is a good thing). The staff was friendly

Sheila was AWESOME!!! Super super nice and friendly. It’s not easy to be that nice that early in the morning LOL She made my experience great and definitely deserves a raise. She was the sweetest and anyone would be lucky to have her as an employee.

Filthy and absolutely disgusting. Masks NOT properly worn by servers...Our server 'coughed' before putting bagels into the bag. Took it home - but threw ALL of it away. Not long until they are out of business. Sad!

As good as you can get for bagels outside New York. It’s a chain, so there’s that. Salmon sandwich on an everything bagel didn’t disappoint. There wasn’t a long wait and the staff were kind and professional. I wish there were more locations in Charlotte.

I like Bruegger's Bagels and definitely recommend them. Their food is fresh and is great. I purchased a bacon egg and cheese bagel and it was four dollars and some change. I also picked up a bagel pack for coworkers which included 13 bagels and 2 cream cheeses for $15. I personally think they're affordable for what they offer. They offer a variety of bagels and is usually busy in the mornings. One great thing about BB is their rewards program. You recieve points for every dollar spent and recieve discounts through email.

The food is amazing, but they are always extremely slow. I always have to take into consideration that they will take twice as long as what they estimate. And even then, sometimes I have to wait. I would love to give 5 stars in the future, but because of the slowness I can't.

I prefer to call my order in and pick it up on the way home. I will not go to the Pineville store if they do not answer the phone or if it seems that the phones are off. I guess this location is closed because their phones cycle the auto message only. Very disappointed as this was the closest location to me.

The freshest and most incredible Bagel I've had! The team is amazing, greeting with smiles and a great energy. They're clean, quick, and delicious!
