Bruegger's Bagels

Filthy and absolutely disgusting. No posted sanitation score, windows look like they were washed in milk, floors are literally muddy they are so dirty....The place is just nasty. It cannot be safe to eat here anymore. Not long until they are out of business. Sad!

Great service, clean restaurant, and great bagels!!!

Pretty bad. They messed up both our bagels and took forever doing it. Long line, bagels were over toasted and looked way smaller than usual, tasted bad too. Customer service was horribly lacking. Go to Matthews if you’re craving Brueggers, this one is embarrassing.

This was my first time coming here. I'm from New York, and I've had a lot of bagels in my day. I ordered a plain bagel with vegetable cream cheese. First of all, the bagel was painfully small. Looked like something out of a Sara Lee package. The vegetable cream cheese tasted like the Philadelphia vegetable cream cheese you get from the store. It also had something in it I've never seen in any other cream cheeses I've had; I don't know what it was, but it smelled similar to beef jerky.

Due to the size of the bagel, needless to say, I left still hungry, and that was after paying almost $7 for a bagel and drink. What a rip-off.

First time was great. Second time, got frozen chicken that was chewy and gross. Average of a 5 star and 2 star experience. My wife enjoyed both meals so I went with a 4 star.

3 people ahead of me, and I've been in line for 13 minutes. Still 1 person ahead of me. This is absolutely ridiculous that it takes this long to serve people. It's always like this and I try to avoid coming here if at all possible. But it's close and my wife wanted a bagel.

The service is OK, the food is OK, the wait is not ok.

Edit: 16 minutes later I'm finally ordering.

Great Bagels, but horrible service! Mo, the shift supervisor, was rude to every customer in the line to include me and screwed up my order.

Disorganized. Line moved extremely slow even though there were 5 people working. Employee talking very quietly with a mask and got frustrated at us because none of us could hear her.

Didn't even have the opportunity to try it! Stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes while 2 employees made orders. More people walked up beside us & the lady behind the counter slugged off to hand a sandwich to the cashier, turned around to the back counter, mosied back to her "place" behind the counter, looks at the people that just entered and asked if she could help them. Nobody ever said a single word to us. AND WE WE WERE AT THE COUNTER! First time to visit. Last time, too. We walked right out the door.

Christina the manager is amazing! Greets every customer and treats everyone like a friend. Excellent service! Kudos to Brueggers for hiring such great talent.
