Bruegger's Bagels

Not sure what happened to the Quality at Bruegger's but it sure gone downhill Bagels were almost storebought. Coffee was okay but I never really went there for their coffee their bagels and cream cheese or among the best this was really disappointing to me.

Another trip to this store…web site said they are open, get there and there is a sign on the door that they are not open till 10:00! I know getting help is a problem but it takes only a minute to update your website to the correct open time.

I come to this store often but usually before 9. Today I came just after 11 and I was the only person in the store besides a lady sitting at a table. NOBODY greeted me at all. Walked near the register where a girl was behind it and she looked right at me but proceeded to walk away towards the coffee area completely ignoring me. Going to the side where you place an order there was a man fixing bagels in the back who saw me and also ignored me. Finally someone came to the counter with a tub of ingredients who looked at me, and by now the two other people in the line, and said he would be with us "in one second" but continued to place ingredients and do whatever else behind the counter he felt was more important than the three people waiting. Needless to say the person behind me just walked out. Eventually a man came to the counter beside the other man and took my order but only because i was patient enough to wait. Hopefully customer service training gets done here!

Drive further to the next Bruegger’s and you will still get your food faster. This location only has decent service when the manager is there in the mornings. Anytime he is not there the service is slow, rude, and boarderline incompetent. Love Bruegger’s but this location is terrible.

Bagels with seasoning on both sides are there way to make the best bagels. My favorite is everything bagels with jalapeño cream cheese. So good nice place and good service

Very friendly staff and the food was epic!!! We're visiting from out of state and the food reminds me of Buffalo!! So good and filling!! Don't skip on the twice baked hashbrowns!!

Say their authentic New York Bagels. Not even close bagels are small and the toppings are very cheap. Got butter on one and cream cheese on the other and there was barely any on it. And very pricey
