I really love Bruegger's Bagels but I don't love coming to this location. Today's service was friendly, per usual, but exceptionally slow. I counted 8 people that walked out due to the wait time and there were only about 5 people in line at a time. It probably took my wife and I 20 minutes to order and receive our food and we didn't realize the order was wrong until we were long gone. It's not so bad that I won't come back but I'd avoid it any time I'm in a hurry.

The food is fine, the staff is friendly, but in the mornings on weekdays there is literally NO hustle to take care of customers. I had been holding off on writing a review because the staff are nice people but this morning was just ridiculous. There were four employees in the store, five or six customers in line and only ONE employee was actually helping customers. One. The others were slowly going about other tasks; making coffee, etc., but in my opinion in food service, especially at rush hour when people are trying to get breakfast and go... you should have a sense of urgency to get people taken care of. I waited in line for nearly 10 minutes just to get a bag of 6 bagels and grab a tub of cream cheese. This wasn't the first or even the fifth time this has happened, it's something I've actually come to expect and have had to tack extra time onto my commute if I know I'm going to stop there. I see all the other reviews touting fast, efficient service, but I suspect they might be at the store at different times of the day and not at morning rush hour. Anyway, I feel like this is a huge problem and it would do management some good to instruct the morning crew to put a little pep in their step. I can't be the only person having this experience and I'm sure it has probably driven away customers who would otherwise frequent the place.

Best bagels and bagel sandwiches in all of Charlotte. That goes for the whole franchise, very consistent service at all the locations I have been to. Same exact menu too. It's very fast, and this location is a hit or miss sometimes with the line. On Saturdays the best time to get here is like 8 am or like after 1:30. During the week there's not much of a line in the mornings, and especially after 2pm, just keep in mind they stop making bagels for the day closer to 12 or 1, so you might be limited on bagels in the afternoon if you like a certain one. Sundays, good luck, best time is obviously before church let's out, I've had good luck before 9am. They usually have a great "limited time" bagel sandwich, like The Route 66, or Smoked Brisket, but I do wish they released new ones a little more often. They skipped The Route 66 this winter which really sucked because that's my favorite. But lately the special sandwiches have been great, so it's okay. I just don't like that you don't have a new sandwich for 2-3 months at a time. The manager is great, you see him making sandwiches, so you know everyone is involved. When it's busy, be patient with the check out, they prioritize the line for making sandwiches and then taking care of the check out line, it takes less time to check out a customer than to make a sandwich. They have a good selection of lunch bagel sandwiches too, I just wish they had more soup options too. Seems like they always have the same chicken spaetzel soup every day.

Even with a large line and only 2 employees working I was in and out with a delicious fresh cooked breakfast sandwich in about 10 minutes.

The manager is personable and friendly and they are doing an excellent job of maintaining social distancing.

I would post a photo of my sandwich but it was so delicious I ate it before I thought about it

Service is lousy. Six people behind the counter playing with the cream cheese no one asks if you would like anything. Not going back there again! Also the bagels seemed very airy and small. I wasn't even full. Usually I'll only eat a half bagel.

Quick and fast. I was in and out. Only thing that was confusing for me is that when I walked on, it doesn't tell me where to go to place my order. More signs to direct customer to order from the bagel making station first before going to the cashier. Unless I missed the sign which could have been easily the case.

They have no nondairy options for your coffee, you can’t eat inside, and the food was mediocre. I usually love Brueggers but this one was a disappointment.
Staff was nice though.

We stop here often for lunch. Your not getting huge bagels but they are fresh and perfect for a quick bite. Very clean and we'll run with safety of customers in mind. Manager is hands on and very sweet. 👍

Bagels are good light but crisp. Friendly enough place has its regulars. Service is fast

This place needs to be closed down.THE OWNER should be assumed at the trash operation they are running. This is by far the worse service and location for a bagel shop. All employees hate their show and the service shows it!

Truly 0 for the rating and I’m not a person that leaves reviews so trust me on this point of view!!!!!!!
