Myself and a couple coworkers ordered DoorDash from Brueggers bagels this morning, I’ve never had it - and was excited to try it. The restaurant doesn’t allow anything to be edited for their sandwiches which is annoying when you hate the type of cheese they put on their only vegetarian lunch option, but I can pick off cheese so no worries.
We received our order quickly, and I was disappointed that there was very little cream cheese but oh well, the bagel itself was fresh and tasted good so I was over that too.
Then, I found a bug in my sandwich. I also mostly brushed this off as well as bugs sneaky and can sometimes get on the food while it’s being prepared or transported. The final straw was when I realized it was still alive and a common pest for lettuce, which almost guarantees that they definitely don’t wash their lettuce and I’d be surprised if it even has been rinsed.
Unfortunately super disappointed by my overall experience
toast malone (some crustacean)
i stole some of the dandelions outside for my rabbit. he appreciated them
i got a parmesan and asiago bagel with bacon and scallion cream cheese. very good, i strongly recommend getting an onion bagel toasted with that cream cheese. it's the MJ special
why are all the decorative rocks outside like made out of pumice and why are there large chunks of pumice under the bushes

First time in there today and the bagel was great. I will definitely return.

Ordered through doordash today for lunch got the Western brisket sandwich which is usually delicious and very filling today I got my sandwich and it had a Sprinkle of brisket meat. So while I understand inflation, it's too much to spend for a sandwich that barley resembles the original. Small and flat no meat, basically a veggie sandwich my advice is to save your money the sandwich is not the same.

They have used covid as an excuse not to open the seating area since it started!

I ordered 4 bagels and 2 cokes. 2 of the bagels cost $10 a piece and I didn't receive one of them. I consistently called them for 15 minutes straight and no one answered the phone. overall food is good

Went in 10/1/21 at 1:40, Maybe she was angry because I showed up 20 minutes before they closed for the day, but my bacon egg and cheese was not even toasted AND cold’ . $6 for a cold breakfast sandwich because she was too lazy to even warm it up! Disgusting….I will never go a k to that place. Maybe you should train your workers motto get upset because a customer comes in at 1.40, better yet, hire people that care.

Ugh, Bad, Bad Hummus
The service is the store was good, but the food.... Not much of a selection for a strict vegetarian. I usually go for whole grain, little processing, and water. Hummus, and lettuce on a whole wheat bagel. This was easy, and prepared to my liking. Once I bit into it, I was completely turned off. The hummus was as stiff as clay, and had no flavor. Maybe, I should have ordered it warm? I don't think so, it was warm enough for me, but didn't taste good. The best parts were the lettuce, and water.
UPDATE 08-03-21
I tried the twice baked potatoes; disgusting, a good idea this is poorly executed. Too much cheese in these, and cheddar cheese at that, the most fattening type of cheese. The service was great, in spite of this. I did not ask for the ingredients, or nutritional information before ordering, but I wanted potatoes.
