The staff here is consistently cheerful, helpful, and fast, serving up great bagels.

Bought 2 bagels with lox. There was an advertised salmon sandwich which I ordered. When we we my to eat bagels ingredients were missing. Also tasted off. Went to register with bagel and they was told they were out of 2 ingredients advertised. Suggested capers were off and the asst. manager didn't know you had to rinse capers. Was serving them straight from hat in brine. Always enjoyed this place. Spent $22 and left bagel at counter. Coffee was mediocre.

Very upset with their service. We go their often and they often mess up your order. We ordered a egg and cheese bagel sandwich (Vege) and they put bacon in it! The other time I ordered strawberry cream cheese on my bagel and they put strawberry jam on it instead. By the time you open your bagel at home, it’s already too late and your stuck with food you didn’t order and cannot eat.

Probably the best bagel place in the area, lots of creative bagels and options for different types of breakfast and deli sandwiches. Their soup is good too! Can get crowded on weekend mornings but staff is pretty fast and the food is worth a short wait.

Store is very dirty. Staff just wiping bagel pieces onto the floor. Assistan manager looks like he is high on something and has ZERO personality, wearing his ball cap turned to the side, he looks like an idiot. Worst Bruegger's in all of NY. Sad to see a store that was once so nice, fall so far.

Out of all the bagel shops that I've tried, Bruegger's is the best. I love sesame bagels and their's is delicious. Once I asked them to make me a batch of whole wheat sesame bagels and they did.

Bruegger's is my spot for bagels most weekends. Really the only place in Syracuse to get freshly made bagels that taste good.
They always have a variety of bagels, the service is quick, and a half dozen will be perfect for a weekend's worth of brunches (for a great price, too!).

To my knowledge Bruegger's is the only bagel shop in this area. They would kill it if they could figure out how to pour coffee and ring someone out in a timely fashion. The bagels are fresh and delicious but the long lines and the inefficient customer service practices ruin it.

I don't kw what happened to this location everyone use to be so friendly, bagel was hard, I was pushed through the line (even tho no one was behind me) was not asked if I wanted anything else on my sandwich they had the sandwich cut and wrapped before I could say anything, cashier was chatting with friend I had to repeat my coffee order 4 times. Customer service was just horrible. PS there is a free blt bagel in the parking lot.
