A wonderful place to have breakfast/brunch.
Was here many times… visiting from past 5 yrs…
Things have changed a-bit after pandemic but not extremely.
Can grab some fresh juice from juice bar( depending on availability)
Weekends it is very busy…
Drive-thru is way too busy during weekend. Bagels are very fast moving and may not have too many options when visiting at closing hours.
They serve good quality, fresh and tasty bagels and few breakfast items….
Their cream cheeses are so flavorful…
Coffee is very smooth and perfect!
Cold beverages are also available..
They have cool quotes throughout the store…
Much part of the kitchen is visible and they maintain well… many a times we can see they preparing fresh bagels…
Highly recommend this place…
They have indoor and outdoor seating..

I normally love going to brueggers and don't mind the long wait in the drive-thru because the food is so yummy but lately it's quality control seems to be an issue. Maybe they need new blenders my greens and ginger smoothie is chunky, it's hard to get the chunks to go through a straw and doesn't taste as good as when it's smoothly blended. Today they also didn't put avocado on my bacon avocado egg sandwich.

Usually best bagels in town, was told they were out of almost all bagels at 11::00 am, but they had an everything whole wheat , this is NOTHING like what I usually get , was more like an onion bagel. I got it thru drive thru or would have returned it. Usually fav spot before I head back to Cedar Rapids for Jamba juice or bagels.

The absolute worst bagel I have ever had. I ordered the Western and it came without bacon. I understand it was likely a busy Saturday breakfast, but if an item is 86d then I should have been told so I could have picked something else. Bruegger’s is a special treat for us and I was starving hungry so it was a huge disappointment to have to eat this terrible bagel. I have worked as a professional baker and this bagel never should have made it out the door to a paying customer. I can’t believe I paid like 8 dollars for it.
UPDATE 4/02
I tried again at this location despite the fact that I never received any kind of response from the customer service team regarding my terrible experience last time. This time I waited almost half an hour in the drive through. My bagel was once again so thin it barely counted as a bagel. Whoever is baking them is not doing it right at all. I was charged for two eggs even though that wasn’t what I ordered. This time I paid with card and kept my receipt so that I could be refunded if necessary and it absolutely was necessary. I wouldn’t recommend this Bruegger’s location to my worst enemy. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I’m normally not one to complain if I have a bad experience at a restaurant, but I feel like I just can’t let this be unsaid. I have not had good experiences with this Jamba/Brueggers location over the last couple of months.
Firstly, I am not sure if they have an automatic gratuity system, but the last two times that I’ve come to this location (about a month ago and today 12/5 for lunch) I have not been given an option to decide whether or not to tip. I was presented with the tipping screen in the drive thru without an option for no tipping. If they do have an automatic system, that is ridiculous for a cafe. Only expensive restaurants or large parties at sit-down restaurants should be automatically tipping their customers. If not, then the young man at the register made that decision for me and essentially tipped himself without my permission.
Additionally, I was only in the line for about 8 minutes, but my sandwich was cold. I found it a bit odd that a hot sandwich could completely cool down that quickly.
Finally, my smoothie order was not correct. I used to love coming here, but I just don’t know if I can keep coming around if I’m going to leave feeling frustrated every time. I love their food, but I just don’t know if it’s worth it anymore.

Honestly - the drive through is the worst in town. The poor people working here are always so stressed and they never have anything in stock. If you go in the drive through with no cars expect to wait 30 minutes plus. I don’t even know why I try to see if anything has improved every couple of months - it doesn’t.
ETA: I did call to speak to the manager who informed me that their drive through is their last priority, so if you are in a rush - it is better to go inside.

Not usually one to review places but I've gotta add to the commentary here. I spent 30mins in the drive-thru for a small order... it just is not worth the time you'd might as well go downtown. Food and smoothie was great no issues there. They did try to give me 2 of the same smoothie though. My point is this location is clearly not functioning well. They seem scattered and disorganized. Could really use some help from corporate. Thanks!

Genuinely the worst drive thru I've ever been to. Been this way for months. Occasionally I'll check it out to see if it's any better. Today I had a little bet with myself if I'd get to even order my food in twenty minutes.
I lost.
It's genuinely mind boggling how it can be this slow for this long with no changes. I had the worst craving otherwise I'd have never stuck it out. But don't even think of trying the drive thru in this location unless you are sure you have half an hour to spare, because it just might take that long!

I normally don’t leave reviews anywhere. But the absolute decline in quality of this location over the last few months has been huge. The drive thru of 4 cars will take a half an hour, and my sandwhiches and coffees I’ve gotten from this store have been the worst I’ve ever been served. I have let basically everyone I know not to give your money to this location.
I am also going to write to the corporate store in the hopes that they give this store a review. Looking at the other reviews of this store, I see nothing is said other than a “We’re sorry that your experience was bad….” rather than taking the measures to have happy customers.
If I was the owner of this location, I would be embarassed.

Resturant was surprisingly filthy. Disgusting floors that hadn’t been mopped in weeks and crud caked onto appliances both on the customer’s side and behind the counter. All of the chairs and tables were piled along the wall “for Covid,” while most of the trash cans were overflowing (at 4pm, not rush hour).
I regret ordering after walking inside with my family. The novelty of finding a Jamba Juice in Iowa brought me there; while the lack of employee food hygiene or sanitation practices keeps me away. Two stars because the drink was okay, but I questioned the condition under which those ingredients were stored.
