Bruegger's Bagels and Jamba Juice

Waited in line at the drive thru for at least 10 minutes and never had my order taken. Waited another 10-15 minutes to get out of line because of how the drive thru is designed.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. We waited over half an hour for 2 bagels. This is 10:45 in the morning. 1 was an egg sandwich and one just a toasted bagel with plain cream cheese. Both bagels were burnt and they didn’t put cream cheese on the bagel. Save your time and money and just go to Panera.

Waited in a long line only to be told they are out of bagels except for cinnamon raisin. Put a sign up informing people of that before they sit in your drive-thru wasting their lunch hour. Ridiculous!

I am surprised at how frequently my order is messed up, if you order a toasted bagel it will not happen. I have ordered one at least a dozen times and its probably been toasted twice. I understand that a place like this is busy but waiting 10 minutes for a nontoasted bagel with cream cheese seems crazy, I love the bagels but please get the order right or its not worth my time or money.

Tell me why it took 30 minutes, and there were only three cars in the line.

Worlds slowest drive through, was waiting for over 25 minutes with 3 cars in the line. They also messed up the toppings on both of the bagels I got.

The bagels and beverages are good. But nearly every single time I order something from this location it is wrong. My wife and I have wrote to inform them of this and they never respond. We feel that because this is a college town customer service is not a priority. Today’s order we were literally the only customers inside and still they managed to not fulfill the order correctly. I would advise not going to this location.

Waited 10+ minutes in drive thru with no movement. Pulled around and went inside to continue to wait 10 minutes before even being acknowledged at the cash register. Took another 10 minutes to actually get my order (one bagel with cream cheese). At least 7 employees were behind the counter, many not paying attention. Major changes should be made to the way this Riverside location runs their business. Completely unacceptable.

Excellent food, I highly suggest drive-thru. We arrived at 8:05 am, ordered from both Jamba Juice and Brueggers 3 sandwiches, 1 açaí bowl, 1 matcha, 1 regular old brewed coffee no frills. 8:45 we finally received our orders. 7 couples served before us from behind us in line, 14 cars through the drive-thru.

Went through the drive thru for a latte and a smoothie and it took 30 minutes, I know a lot of places are struggling to staff and I speculate that was the issue here. Order was taken quickly, drinks were good, just a very slow moving line.
