Decided to give this location a second try and was very disappointed. I mean for almost $4 I should be able to takes the cream cheese.

Was picking up bagel for a group. Ordered 2 bagels with cheddar cheese, egg, and smoked salmon cream cheese. Guy says "so 2 smoked salmon sandwiches." I say "No" and repeat my order a second time. Waited almost 20 mins for my food (4 bagels). The two trouble bagels came with plain cream cheese, tomatoes, and smoked salmon. Called up Bruegger's, "Yeah it shows here you ordered 2 smoke salmon sandwiches."
Nope, not what I ordered. Explained how I specifically told the window guy that I did NOT order this sandwich. They said they could remake my sandwiches or get me a coupon for a free one. I asked for a refund because smoke salmon is like the most expensive thing on the menu. Big old nope from them. We were getting this about once a month but never goin here again.

horrible, waited for 10 mins to be helped (no line) the man taking my order was extremely rude. "what" "huh" "what else do you want" with a horrible attitude. I ordered ONE cinnamon sugar bagel with strawberry cream cheese. I dont know how you can mess that up but I got served a plain bagel with some kind of herby chive cream cheese. Will NOT be returning. i had never been before and was so excited. so disappointed

Great every time I come through, drive through is so faster than going inside but it will take a bit longer than a Wendy’s or something like that. Only once did I have a problem with my sandwich and they ended up refunding me, even my smoothie which was perfect!

Ordered 2 plain cream cheese bagels and a sriracha sunrise. My order number was 143. Heard 145 after about 20 minutes. They were busy and figured that the Sriracha might of been taking a minute. 5 minutes later saw a lady get her food. I knew I was there before her. Went to the front and ask if my food was being made. They said no and apologized and started making it. They then called 145 again. I told them that another employee had already called it and the costumer had gotten their food. I then waited another 5 minutes for my food. They were apologetic. I then mentioned that it had been almost 35 minutes. They then gave me a free orange juice. They then offered me a paper that said free sandwich. I didn't like the situation. But the employee tried to rectify the situation. I was especially upset because of the fact that I had to go do service calls right after wards and I was on a time crunch.

I have always been a fan of Brueggers, but, I would not waste my time or gas going to this one and waiting in this drive thru for over half an hour. Initially drove up and there were 5 people ahead of me. No big deal, should've moved through quickly. Boy did I make a mistake, this has been a repeating issue with this location. Finally got to the order board and SAT FOR 10 MINUTES without a peep from inside staff, Not even a "hold one moment" over PA. At this point there was 5 cars behind me. The one car at window waiting for their order finally after waiting as long as I did at order spot got theirs... I decided not to wait any longer and as soon as they left I followed. Because it took so long here another order I placed prior to going to brueggers on Riverside was now watery and disappointing. Ruined the day, don't make the same mistake I did by getting stuck. I will not be coming back to this store, I've given them many chances and they have reached a new level of bad service. Got there at 8:33am and escaped shortly after 9:00am. OH! WE CANT FORGET, WORST PARKING LOT EVER! ONCE IN LINE YOU CANT LEAVE.
P.S don't hand me the card reader through the window and mysteriously say "it's going to ask you a question" and that question be asking me to tip you. No!

Need to improve your drive thru. No one should have to wait 40 minutes when there are only 8 cars. They also have employees start asking for tips at the drive thru by handing you the entire card reader while your in the car. Both of these things are just ridiculous.

VERY slow service! Every time we come here we wait an hour to get our order of two sandwiches. Management needs to do something to improve the service.

Do not come here. I have waited almost an hour for 2 bagels in the drive through. You will save time by driving to any other Bruegger's location, even if you are already in the parking lot.
