Bruegger's Bagels and Jamba Juice

Pretty bad customer service and quality control. I emailed them a month or so ago about having my order made wrong and being charged for two eggs and only receiving one. They never got back to me and issue any sort of apology. I figured it was a fluke due to them being busy and I would give it another chance. So today and I had the exact same thing happen. I paid for two eggs and only received one. I would try emailing them again but it seems like they simply don’t care.

It was dirty and gross inside. Look at the ceiling above where they make the food, the overa were covered with splatteres and baked on food that hasn't been cleaned thoroughly.
They didn't ask why kind of bagels we wanted and then when I asked they messed it up with the wrong bagels. The person making the sandwiches had his mask hanging off one ear and was touch all sorts of surfaces (door handles, door jambs, etc) while wearing the same gloves he was using to make the food. From now on, its downtown or nothing, this location is trash.

Ordered door dash long line at drive thru. This is why we order online so we don’t have to wait in line. 30 plus minute waiting in drive they to pick up an online order. 🤬😡

I had called in at 9:45 in the morning, presented an order. The staff had asked what time I would be picking it up and stated 30 mins from time I had placed the order. I arrived there and had to wait for some bagels to be ready which was fine. Now 10:50am get the the food I had ordered had ordered and and looked in the bag and there were yet more bagels missing from the bag. Expressed this with the staff and they stated I would have to wait another 10 minutes to receive the bagels that were missing. I ended up leaving there at approximately 11:15. No offers of any kind were offered to compensate for my order problem. NOTHING. I will no longer be going to this facility. Maybe I will try my luck at the coralville branch. As this one is Z+++++ in the history book of irresponsible individuals. By the way I had worded 2 bagel bundles. 4 different flavors of cream cheese. A fairly straight forward order. Absolute waste of time that I will never get back.

Do you enjoy waiting 20 minutes for your order to come out cold, burned, or just flat-out wrong? Then this is the place for you! Make sure you avoid the non-dairy fruit smoothies if you're allergic to dairy, because mine had whey protein in it this morning.

Food is super delicious and so fresh. My order is always accurate.

If you're in the drive through, you can have a maximum of 2 separate orders, which is very, very silly. Also, the drive through situation is such an absolute mess. If there's someone having their order taken with 3 cars behind them, whoever is receiving their order at the window is now trapped until the line moves, and hopefully no one else pulls in to block you. This location also doesn't offer certain drinks so make sure you call ahead and ask if they have what you want

I've had good experiences here when they weren't busy, but don't go during peak times. I've waited for almost an hour (because of the layout of the drive-through, you can get stuck), gotten the wrong order (and subsequently overcharged), and had lukewarm drinks with cold food.

I have been here a few times before work during busy mornings, and I give this place a 5-star rating because of the helpfulness of the staff. Every time I come, they offer me the freshest bagels and freshly brewed coffee with a smile on their face. I appreciate the great customer service. A wonderful stop for breakfast! Not to mention they also had great catering for conferences and events.
