Worst drive thru in town. Don't go for a lunch break or if you're low on gas. Spent 42 minutes in line, 10 of which was just waiting for the soda part of my order.

Bagels are great but the people working don't have a clue what they're doing. They leave you standing at the counter, don't offer to take your order or make sure you have everything you purchased

I've been there twice now within posted buisness hours and it's closed, no one there. Today there were 5 cars deep in the drive up and 2 cars trying to get in the lobby but no one was there working. No note posted, nothing. This is a lot of missed buisness opportunity.

joel made me the best sandwich i had ever had in my life, the diet coke was extra cold and my sandwich was extra hot. thank you guys

Staff was friendly but service was ridiculously slow. We spent $30 and ordered 3 regular bagels with cream cheese and 2 sandwiches. Our order took over 30 minutes and when asked, the staff had to reprint our order and make it as they did not remember what we ordered. There was no acknowledgement or apology from staff for the long wait only an excuse saying that we are waiting on one sandwich when in reality the order hadn’t been started. Drive through was moderately busy, but inside was not. I have always loved brueggers but would definitely suggest going to the Coralville location.
After opening the food my sandwich did not have the chipotle Mayo that I ordered on it.

unfortunately the service has gone down hill. not sure if they are understaffed or workers are burnt out. either way I don't think I will be back anytime soon

Don’t bother wasting your time or money going to Bruegger’s. They used to be my favorite place, but these past few months they don’t have bagels, straws, or anything for that matter. It’s a complete waste of a trip, and it’s a shame they haven’t done anything to correct the influx of dissatisfied customers.

Lukewarm bagel breakfast sandwiches are not my thing. Bruegger's has good food, and I've had better at this location in the past. But twice in the last 2 weeks, I got at best, a lukewarm bagel. Having to heat up the sandwich within 5 minutes of getting it is ridiculous. The food quality is good, but I will use the Iowa Ave. location in the future. These 2 shops are less than a mile apart, but this location has almost a full point less in reviews. This speaks volumes-you all need to do better.

Had to wait over half an hour for my egg sandwich, and then had to sit in my car for ten minutes waiting for the drive through line to let me out because it is right next to the parking spots and there is no room to move. Worst Bruegger’s Bagels in Iowa.

This is the worst Bruegger's in the area. I ordered ahead on the app and my entire order was made wrong. I went inside and they atleast remade it for me, but were still confused about my very simple order. You're better off going to the Iowa Ave location.

I decided to try this location again. Even worse this time. Very rude people. Gave me something completely different than what I ordered. When I tried to go inside, the door was locked and there was a sign saying that the inside was closed due to being short staffed because nobody wants to work there. I reached out to customer service for a refund because I paid for food that I didn't even order.
