Bruegger's Bagels and Jamba Juice

I put up with the long lines and slow service, I didn’t mind when they stopped cutting the bagels in half. But if I tell you there was a drink said wrong at the drive through and you can’t change it for me and give me the drink i didn’t ask for…. that’s just straight up lazy.

30+ minute wait in drive thru, the poor workers look like they’re doing 4 jobs at once. The quality of the food is pretty bad. Burnt bagels and lumpy smoothies. Hope they can improve management because this is ridiculous.

Updating my 5 year old review, which was 5 stars, to 1 star based on how terrible the drive through is. 40 minutes and counting... They should just close the drive through permanently

45 minute wait for ONE bagel. There were 3 cars in front of me and I assumed they just had super large orders but the car in front of me literally ordered just a smoothie. It’s ridiculous how this is the case every time I make the mistake of coming here. Never again.

Absolutely would not recommend going to this brueggers. I waited 15 mins for my turkey bagel sandwich and they didn’t even put the turkey on it. Plus it didn’t even have cream cheese on half of the sand which that i paid $7 for. VERY disappointed.

Its just gone downhill. Terrible management. Used to have good staff but it seems they've all left and the newer workers are rude and dont know what they're doing. I shouldnt have to blend my smoothie at home because I get it all chunky when they're in a rush. For petes sake they are way too expensive to be not even blending the smoothie!

I love Bruegger's. I only gave 4 stars because the drive thru is a nightmare. Definitely go inside for faster service.

Why does it take so long to get food through the drive through here. I’ve been here 3 times in the past month and it takes about 15-20 minutes to only get 1 BAGEL. This place used to be solid, now the management and food pace is terrible.

The food was not worth the and extreme wait. The bagel was blah and I waited in the drive through 30 minutes

Management needs to be training their new employees better especially when prices are increasing.. our whole order was rang up wrong. When we corrected the cold brew to the cold brew shake, we got a watery shake with no coffee in it. We ordered 2 single bagels with nothing on them and waited 15 minutes to be told they don’t have them. Turns out they were rang in wrong and the ones we wanted were sitting right on the rack as they were giving us ones we didn’t want. Won’t be back to this place for awhile.
