The first time I came here it was great! Fresh delicious food, wonderful service, quick timing. Sadly, my second visit was very poor. I asked the first person on the line, an older blonde woman, a question about the app. She did not know the answer or what I was referring to, which is completely understandable, but in recommending I ask the cashier she was incredibly snippy and rude. The way she spoke to me made me feel incredibly angry and embarrassed. This woman should be nowhere near the customers, the bagel was stale and burnt on one end and I would have eaten it happily had this woman not been so unkind and impatient.

Traveling to Tallahassee today and stopped at this Bruegger’s Bagel 🥯 location mid-morning. We have not been to a Bruegger’s ever but it was convenient. This location needs a good cleaning in the dining room and bathrooms. Looks like they do mostly carry out, which is probably the only way to go since you don’t have to deal with their “forced to high tip” at the checkout. Social distancing labels are still on dining room floor which means they don’t want the dine-in business here in 2023. Bagel 🥯 sandwich was just average and overpriced compared to Panera.

Sitting in my car at a different Bruegger's Bagels location.. I'm not even going to wait til I get home to post this. In fact, I have never posted a review before this.. that's how disappointing my experience was today. So I called in to make an order to be picked up.. some rude guy informed me my order was too small to take over the phone.. then told me to have a wonderful day.. as if he were saying 'go ---- yourself'. So I come in with a smile.. the short-haired blonde woman the reviewer before me referred to.. sounds like the same woman. I agree.. she has no business dealing with customers directly. Listen.. maybe she was having a bad day.. but if you're going to work that day.. don't take it out on the customer. I didn't trust that she handled my order with care.. I tossed it in the trash and went to another location. Just didn't trust her. That might sound nuts.. but that's the feeling I got when I was there. Like she was offended I had the nerve to come in and order something. I have always trusted this location. Always had a decent experience. After today.. I will N.E.V.E.R. return to this location Never ever.. and I will tell 1 million of my closest friends why I choose to go out of my way to go to another location. Sad.. because you make great bagels. But there are too many other options to risk employing people who are hurting your business.

The bagel was ok, but the place was FILTHY. The floors, the tables, the restroom....

Their bagels are delicious and freshly-baked. Not only that, I also recommend having a taste of their savory bagel sandwiches. The one I ate was the Farmhouse breakfast sandwich.

Rude workers. Took out of town company there and stood there for several minutes…never acknowledged by 5 employees socializing behind the counter. Manager was useless. There are too many places to eat - I won’t be treated poorly.

The bagels are amazing but the coffee is terrible. Please serve 🌈🐐 so i can have premium coffee with my premium bagel.

Being from New York and eating bagels 24/7 and now living in Florida for over 40 years you can't ask for anything closer always fresh service and restaurant is very well kept up price is more than reasonable everything in there is great we definitely recommend it

I'm a fan of their coffee and bagels with walnut honey cream cheese plus brisket bagel sandwiches. Yum-mmma.

For this area, I don't see too much competition. Don't expect the true New York Bagel but it's not bad. It's a bit smaller than the New York Bagel. As for the menu, it lacks the Taylor Ham or what non New Jersians call Pork roll. Not to be confused with Canadian Bacon, two different things. The traditional cheese, egg and Taylor Ham Bagel sandwich is only what is the basic requirements for the hungry worker. Of course if you really went crazy, flavored cream cheese, smoked salmon (Lox) and a traditional garden salad is of cultural. As for you hungry on the go, pre-order deli Bagel sandwich is unforgettable.
