Bruegger's Bagels

It's a dirty on the inside and unkept. Makes you wonder if they even wash their hands. Maybe they just use sanitizer. They could be better on the self serve coffee counter set up. The sandwiches are good.

Get a dark toasted sesame bagel with the smoked salmon and you'll tank me.

The girl making sandwiches didn't listen to what I ordered. I paid for 2 eggs on my bagel and I only got one. In addition the workers are not very pleasant and have scowls on their faces. Work on your listening and customer service skills. This is not the first time they have screwed up my order.

I go there almost daily. Bagels are good. Coffee is good. They are always helpful except it has taken me a long time for them to take my phone number for the rewards program. I get a freebie every so often. Nice to get a freebie bagel.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I have been going to the Mt. Vernon road location for a year now. Always great customer service until today, July 8, 2022. I walked in on my phone (yes very rude of me, but hey I did it) and the gal behind the counter stood there for a good 4 minutes. At first I thought she was making to-go orders so I waited but then she was doing nothing. Finally I asked if I could order and her response was “yes, I was just waiting for you to get off your phone.” I was shocked and said ok, never mind then in which she replied with “ok, bye.” Clearly she is not cut out to work with the public. Unfortunately when working with the public in the food industry you have to be able to serve all kinds and this gal settled it for me, I will never step foot back in the store.

Bought a baker's dozen of a variety of bagels with 2 cream cheese with veggies. They were fresh, moist & smelled wonderful! Would recommend puting them in a zip lock bag to keep them fresh if you're not going to eat them right away! We were waited on quickly, help was friendly & patient while we decided on what bagels we wanted. We were in & out in 10 minutes or less!

Love the employees who work here! They are so kind & truly have excellent customer service skills.
Their bagels are the true old style, and their salmon sandwiches are to die for (if you like fresh salmon, that is).
So glad that I tried this place out about 4 years ago with a friend for lunch, based off his recommendation. Great taste led to a great relationship!

Delish bagels, bagel sandwiches, etc. They have several bagel flavors.

We’re going to call this a tasty bagel in a house of misery! Bagels were great but it seemed that the only thing staff liked less than the customers was each other. I’ve read these other reviews and they should bring back the guy who liked wrestling! These three women are not very happy...
