Well, it could just be my memory, but I remembered these bagels tasting better. Mine had the flavor of cardboard. They allowed me to sub out the Turkey sausage for sliced Turkey no problem, so that was nice. My hubby said the Turkey sausage was not good so a save there for me. Half their bagels were not labeled so you did not know what was being offered. I asked for pumpkin because I saw an advertisement for it on their screen, but they didn't and there was no acknowledging they advertised there was. I saw them make a latte and they did something that annoys the heck out of me. They left it with 2 inches away from being filled, then filled it the rest of the way with whip cream. I mean gross and it also means they left out 4 ounces at least of steamed milk, meaning that customer was not given what they paid for on an overpriced airport coffee. I gave them two stars because the egg and Turkey was good, it appeared clean, and they fed me.

The 8 PM crew in E concourse at CLT was doing a great job. I like the Nova Lox best. It's a crying shame you can't tip on the POS card machine. These two were doing amazing and they deserve it.

Always thought of trying this place but never did. It was SOOOO good and I’m not a big bagel person. The staff were talkative like they enjoyed each other but that didn’t bother me, they got the orders out.

Is it a Einstein Bros? Is it a Bruegger’s Bagels? My coffee cup has left me with nothing but questions…. And predictably overpriced airport coffee. But I guess all things considered, it was an ok airport breakfast (cause the bar is so low at airports). But why can you cut my dang bagel sandwich in half? I have to eat it WHOLE like some kind of savage?!

This is inside Terminal E next to gate E3. Delicious, but expensive (which is why 4 stars and not 5). $9.99 for lox & schmear. Employees worked together really well, serving customers. Long line moved quickly. Thick awesome chocolate chip cookies are $2.19 each. Prices for plain bagels are not listed on menu.

Great sandwiches and hot coffee. The line was long but they were very quick/efficient, surprisingly! Coffee was $4.99 for a simple coffee, but no one in this food court was cheaper...🤨

Super nice staff. Their system was down and they couldn’t use credit cards or make change, but they were apologetic about the inconvenience, nice to the customers, and kept on serving people as best they could. And the coffee and food were good too!

Looking around and waiting for my food, I debated if I had time to catch drink at Captain Jacks just 30ft away.

Quality of the food 5/10
Quality of service 5/10

Coffee was decent

Great tasting cinnamon and raisin bagel, especially toasted a bit. There were only 2 tea options, which was a bit surprising for a bagel shop.

They claimed to have ran out of hot drink lids, and thus wouldn’t serve hot drinks. Yet, I watched multiple ppl receive hot drinks, there were two stacks of lids by the coffee station, and the moment after I checked out (and they took my meal voucher) a box of lids were delivered. So I wasted $5 of my meal voucher. The lack of rational thought is staggering.
