Einstein Bros. Bagels

Staff was just there, not overly nice and not mean, despite that they still got food out quickly and I appreciate that when there is a flight to get to. Food was hot and delicious.

Pros: Delicious and fresh!! Quick service, nice selection, toasted and soft.
Location heading to E terminal
Cons: they serviced so quickly not much time to interact with service. They didn't accept gift cards at the time of visit.

There are plenty of other food options in the airport. Do yourself a favor and skip this one. I got a toasted bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was stale- like you’d expect from a day old. But the worst was the “cream cheese”. I’m surprised they can legally call it that. It is white like cream cheese but that is where the similarities end. Ir is a flavorless foam product that literally drips out of the sides. I’m not exaggerating when I say this- I have had thicker foam on a cappuccino. So gross!

The All Nighter Breakfast Sandwich is one of my favorites in the airport

They had such great energy & were S W I F T ! This was also the best ice coffee I’ve ever had!!!

Supposed to be open at 6am. Currently 6:40am and still not open. Probably not the fault of the people behind the counter. They got my order quick. Was over $13 for bagel, smear & lox plus coffee, but that's the airport hostage pricing. The team behind the counter deserves praise.

There's way too many other food options in the airport to justify spending the amount of money on what taste like a stale bagel and simple toppings. Coffee wasn't bad but not great

They were one of the only places open near terminal E. The line was long but not because they were slow just many hungry people at 8am. The service was great and the food was fantastic. I thought the prices were great for airport dining. Thanks for being open, fast, and delicious for all the hungry travelers.

Second in line when they opened, ordered a sandwich and drink. Sandwich took about 5 mins but the lady completely forgot about my drink. as 10 or so ppl were served and I waited had to catch her attention and remind her before she walked to a back room and picked the lemonade off the shelf

I fly through Charlotte often, and visit this Einstein location often. Food is decent (for airport), prices are fair. What stands out is the quality of the staff. They are always friendly and fast, patient, and they ALWAYS seem to have a good attitude. Someone is doing something right at this location. This has become the only place I purchase food in the Charlotte airport. The staff is amazing. Very impressed! Keep up the great work!
