I didn't know about the grand opening until I drove by. CMPD officers were raising money for Special Olympics and had a police helicopter on display. Everyone working was super friendly and the coffee was fresh. I hope they keep it up because it is a prime location near the interstate and is convenient for me.

Great service, fast and friendly. Even at 3pm the donuts were not stale and tasted fresh. Coffee was also great. Keep up the great start.

Was very surprised that another reviewer had my same complaint and the management has not properly trained employees to make the correction. Stopped at this store at 7:24pm. Went through drive-thru. Saw 3 employees in there. Ignored us for almost 7 minutes. Website says they do not close until 8pm. Lazy and disrespectful. The female employee just started at us when we drove around. Train your employees in customer service please. I will report this to your corporate office.

Can’t even lie to ya chief I know this Dunkin’ new and all but they take hella long to get ur stuff and so far I’ve gone 3 times and they messed up my drink and donut all 3 times. Man’s just wanted a chocolate donut ong😭

I ordered and paid online at 5:35am. I’ve been sitting at the drive thru speaker for over 10 minutes and no one has acknowledged me until 6:00am. It says online they open at 5:00am and allowed me to place an order and pay online. Workers are inside and could’ve at least came on the speaker to inform me they didn’t open until 6:00am, instead they just ignored me. I will definitely be contacting corporate. Horrible customer service.
