Fire every employee at this store and replace them witha sign clearly stating the hours and an automated robot to toat ypur bagels and dispense smear. At 5:30am i was told them open at 6am. From 5:45 to 6:05 i and a line of customers were ignored by store employees until we asked again what time they open. The emplouee responded by telling us she didnt know what time they opened. Clearly in a shirt identifying her with your store.

Young man working the register was super helpful and friendly despite there being a large number of people in line. Airport employees are not always the friendliest, so it was nice to see one who was. Food was well prepared and delicious.

Me: "How much is a plain bagel without cream cheese?" "$2.80." "Ok, the menu says the Classic is $2.30. What's on that?" "Cream cheese." "Can I get the classic without cream cheese?" "Yes." "Ok, I'll have the Classic without cream cheese." "That'll be $2.80." "But the menu says it's $2.30." "The menu is wrong."
If I just explained what happened and the owner replies "Contact us and tell us what happened" there is a bigger issue.

Thank you very much to the patient woman behind the counter. I have anxiety issues so ordering food alone is a bit daunting at times. She was patient with me and got my pastry for me quick which was nice. Stuck in the airport on a layover, hope to eat here again in the future when not in a rush to make my flight

Located in an airport. Understaffed and unorganized. Orders not prepared as they were placed. Staff needs to work together like a well oiled machine. Orders were not called by number but items. People order same things. Probably wouldn't choose to eat there on p ur next flight.

Eh. It's in an airport, so how much can you expect? It's so loud - the cashier couldn't hear what we ordered and even though I corrected him twice, he put it in wrong. He did walk over and tell the kitchen staff what was correct and we got the right order, but I was not impressed.

It would be nice to know that this establishment is temporary closed. There are no signs marking, and all the employees of the airport said that it would be opening soon. Finally found that you are temporary close for some reason with no explanation. All you had to do is put a sign up. We ready to run for an hour and a half for you to open up. Scandalous business practices.

Excellent experience. Long line but that's expected at the airport. Staff was very quick and kept the line moving.
