Krispy Kreme

I love the doughnuts, however, today the girl working the drive through window made me feel like a burden rather than a customer. I ordered a dozen doughnuts and 2 large coffees. When I got to the window she handed me the doughnuts and said have a nice day. I said I ordered the 2 coffees as well and she immediately got a tone and attitude about it. "Well I didn't hear you say that." Well I definitely did because you repeated it back to me. Not the best start to my day but it is what it is. 5 start donuts. 3 star customer service.
UPDATE: I just checked my order and it is completely wrong. 1 star review now. So disappointed.

If you have never had a Krispy Kreme doughnut, then you have never lived.
Here is a bonus, watch for the " Hot Light " This means that the original glazed are being freshly made. This happens twice daily, usually morning and evening, these doughnuts literally melt in your mouth.

If you're looking for a really good donut then this is not your place. It's OK but not anywhere near the best. Their saving grace is the original glazed but aside from that I just don't recommend them for donuts and in this town we don't have a lot of options but this one still won't get my primary recommendation

My student group did a Krispy Kreme fundraiser. KK had excellent staff that were super helpful and delivered a delicious product as always but this time in bulk.

Best donuts ever! Awesome and unique experience with my family here tonight. From the delicious mouth watering donuts (with a mind-blowing endless selection), to the welcoming fun and friendly staff. The manager on shift, Mackenzie, seemed to really be the icing on the cake for us when she came over to us and gave us a tour of their donut production and machinery. She was very courteous and hospitable which really made this family night out a memorable one for the books!

I try stopping here everyday for the hot & fresh donuts! That’s what Krispy Kreme is known for to me. I’m very kind when ordering…but it seems like no matter how nice & patient I am, the young girls that work there INSIST on being RUDE!
It’s like they’re aggravated whenever someone asks about the fresh and hot donuts!
I don’t get it!
If You’re not willing to hear “Are your donuts ‘fresh & hot” a million times a day…go work for Dunkin Donuts 🍩!(good donuts as well, not hot&fresh)

families. Closed unless your Uber pickup or call in orders, other take the drive through. After we ordered they called back to tell us they were out of product on one of our orders. The donuts are small and not as good asnI.yhought they would be. Grocery store bakery provides similar. Not my favorite

Always love stopping for Krispy Kreme donuts wherever we are. Also love their coupons. However, when I tried using the two dozen donuts for $13 coupon from an email I received, I was told I couldn’t use it because this location was a franchise. I was extremely disappointed by this. Also noticed that donuts here were slightly bigger than other Krispy Kremes. Usually, donuts fit perfectly and neatly in a dozen box. Here, they don’t. Still delicious, though.

Due to Covid, the lobby wasn’t open. The line for the drive-through was long, but the service was extremely fast! Allison who was running the drive-through did an absolutely fantastic job! It takes a special team to work in the service industry, I know I wouldn’t have the patience that these people do! The service was outstanding and I was blown away by the professionalism! My order was complicated and they treated it like it was no big deal. Fantastic job, to the managers, owners and The hard-working crew at Krispy Kreme!

Their donuts taste great, however they don't match up with the app very well. After plenty of my time wasted trying to place my order on the app, I found out this location didn't offer Bogo 50% off coupon. Frustrating and the employee didn't seem to understand that she should have tried to make it right with a similar coupon or some kind of deal.
