I go in excited and start picking out donuts and get stopped by the associate and told "normally people come in with a plan". Worst shop I've ever been too. Sad to say its the only one around but if you're happy and excited about getting a donut DO NOT go here. They will ruin your day and clearly don't care about selling anything. Massive rehire needed at this location.

Staff is always pleasant and the food is fresh. The lines wrapped around the building on a daily basis should be your clue that this place is great.

Service was terrible. The man before us ordered two dozen with a coupon, and the people could not figure it out. It took a manager and another employee ten minutes with other people in line. They messed up my coffee, but the real kicker is that they would not finish the order of the lady behind me. She asked multiple times to pay and they just stood around talking. There were st least six people on shift, and I only saw two working at any given time. They all walked around with coffees in one hand that they wouldnât even set down to complete an order. If they did set them down, it was on doughnut trays! The seating area was filthy, and the food was funky tasting. Kudos to the one young man actually working.

Super disappointing! I LOVE these donuts! And I wanted to get some yummy goodness for my work and my hubby's work....But when you don't open your drive thru until 830 and I'm not dressed to walk in...you loose a customer. Not to mention all the other customers I watched drive away as I called in to see what time you were opening the drive thru..... I drove 30 minutes to get 4 dozen.. I drove back with nothing...I won't make that mistake again!

NEVER FOING THERE AGAIN!!! I went in to get a donut and there were bees all over the donuts INSIDE the case. I asked if there were some in the back that werenât covered in bees and they pointed to an uncovered rack of donuts and said thatâs what they got. Then they said itâs fine and normal. Needless to say, I didnât buy anything from them. There was a bee stinging a donut in the case... glad I didnât go through the drive thru.

They just leave the hot n ready sign on. Even when there are no hot n ready donuts. And they didn't give me part of my order.

Crash and burn - they were out of 80% of their menu and took forever to fill an order through the drive thru. They could have told me what they DO have instead of telling me âno, we are outâ to 8 different items. Kind of silly to go through all thatâŚ
They did have original and that is always good, hence 2 stars.
Will not be back.

The person taking every donut off the line was doing it with their BARE HANDS! Even the lady at the drive through window was wearing gloves but not the one person touching every single donut that was being made. GROSS! I don't even want to eat the donuts I just purchased.
