Krispy Kreme

Great and fast service, but the donuts today were not good. Weird looking, badly glazed, and tasted like gas station donuts. Don’t know where they went wrong.

Used to love this place, but seems lately when I go and pick up some doughnuts, they have gotten very small. Is it because of inflation, or cut back on size? Prolly better off just going to a local mom and pop shop for doughnuts.

Does not honor promos, does not have any cinnamon roll doughnuts like the company was promoting, and the staff does not care which I’m sure is coming from the owner.

I'm diabetic, so when I'm bad, it has to be worth the carbs. Krispy Kreme definitely is! Unfortunately a 10 hour drive.

Donuts are awesome. That's it. Everything else is average or below average. Dining room still closed. Whatever.

Still my favorite doughnuts but I do miss when they gave them to you warm 😭

I asked for 2 jelly filled...maybe there was 1/4 teaspoon in it. When you want a jelly doughnut you eould like some jelly please!

It's hit and miss. Sometimes they have some donuts sometimes not. Last time I tried to build a box certain donuts could not be put in...probably should say that on the board since it's advertised you can. Idk nothing stellar miss my fresh IGA doughnuts. Fir the price you'd get a better doughnut from alberstsons or the gas station.

I figured out why twice I've gotten day old donuts....it's because they take the leftovers from the night before and freeze them and sell them the next day at full price. Not to mention that they are always out of sugar donuts by mid morning.
Also, I've ordered online and when I get to the store they tell me that they're out of a particular kind that the website LET me order. How annoying and disappointing. Done with this place.......
So decided to give this place another chance....wow. I ordered online at 6am....by the time I picked them up at 6:45 am the guy rudely told me they were out of blueberry sour creme so he just took it upon himself to put another kind in without asking me. The reason I went there was for the blueberry. NEVER AGAIN😡
Also....$2.49 for ONE donut? It's a DONUT, NOT A WEDDING CAKE. I bet they end up pricing themselves right out of business. And out of sugar donuts 8 minutes after they open? No, they just didn't make any even though they are on the menu.

Keep getting Emails from Krispy Kreme. Got an email saying that they have a New Cookie Blast Collection. Just went to order them but the Billings store only has an oreo one!! Please stop sending emails for products you don't have!! They Do this Alot!!!
