Krispy Kreme

This gets a 3 for quality of donuts and menu variety. Customer service was terrible. The person taking the order was unable to get a simple order for 2 donuts correct even though I clarified three times. Thankfully the one working the window made it right, but overall a poor experience.

I have always received EXCELLENT customer service from every staff member I’ve encountered. I absolutely love their white Kreme filled donuts — always fresh, always amazing!!!

We went through the drive-thru and ask for a dozen hot ones because there hot sign was on. They told us the hot sign was on because there open signed didn't work and we said that they were false advertising but they said they weren't. lies.

Okay, do I just love Krispy Kremes. I was a little weirded out that my Krispy Kremes were not the nice round consistent Krispy Kremes that we all know and love, but more a box of misshapen caveman wheels. However, they still tasted delicious and the staff was friendly.

From Butte so we decided to stop in on our way back, the donuts where heavenly, definitely worth the hype and glad I finally got to try it, the girl at the drive through was super friendly and polite. Good job keep up the good work and thanks for the awesome donuts

Well, we’ll, well.... disappointed again. They have Halloween donuts featured on their menu, but when I order it, what happens? Oh right, their out because apparently the headquarters or whoever sends them their supplies didn’t send them enough. Perhaps you shouldn’t advertise this as a featured item if you can’t meet demand. I guess the fact that the drive thru was actually open was the big feat today. 🙄

They simply make donuts and they do it amazingly. They don't have anything to prove and they know it. So, while the ability to watch the donut glazing process is very nice and they are usually very fast, the staff is somewhat lackluster as far as their attitudes go.

Ordered from here 3 times online. I paid extra for premium doughnuts. AND EVERYTIME THEY DON'T GIVE THEM TO ME. Not to mention the fact that out of those three times I've always got random doughnuts with the most being 4 out of 12 of the doughnuts I asked for.

Every single time I go there my order is wrong even though I have to repeat it 3 or more times at the speaker for the drive through. They are rude and can NEVER get my order right. So done going there I feel I've gave them more then enough chances to get an order right. 👎👎👎

Lobby NOT open ..fresh donuts coffee to go..update .went back again to get six pack for our friends who never had...they loved them .. 😋!!
