Krispy Kreme

I have purchased donuts from his location 40-50 times. Always a couple at a time in separate bags as treat for my elderly parents. Today at the window the attendant told me there would be a $1 up charge for the additional bag!!!!! Yesterday there was no up-charge! Never ever before charged a dollar for a separate bag! Asked when this started and the attendant said she always applies the up-charge for an additional bag. Certainly did not appreciate the attitude either from this attendant. Seems like a shakedown by this attendant to paid the tip jar. Too bad….the donuts are good. Management needs to investigate…….I will buy donuts elsewhere going forward.

Good donuts, had to order twice. I'm not sure what happened, but it was an odd experience. Staff barely knew how to take an order and was very confused. A coffee a dozen donuts and a couple random ones.

Only the drive through was open. Really lost the Krispy Kreme experience. And they lost sales.

Too bad. I only got a couple of donuts and would have bought more inside.

Imagine paying 11.99 for 6 doughnuts and this is what you get. It isn't the first time and I had hoped it was a fluke. These are just silly.

Ugh, this location. It’s the only one in Billings, which is why it gets 3 stars, I love Krispy Kreme, but my goodness this location is not the best. Whenever I order a drink it’s only right maybe 1/3 of the time, so I have stopped ordering drinks entirely. They almost never have the new speciality doughnuts that I specifically go there for. They often don’t have the regular doughnuts I want either! They have let me place an order through the app with doughnuts they don’t currently have, so then I just have to deal with a bunch of replacements, when I probably would have not placed the order if I had known I wouldn’t get half of the kinds I wanted. The lobby is permanently closed at this point, which I don’t love, but it’s definitely not the worst part of this location. I will say every once in awhile the service is great and they have what I want and as I said I love Krispy Kreme doughnuts, so it’s not all bad, but this location could be so much better.

Went to make online order, didn’t have much options. called store to ask why the plain wasn’t available and I guess they took it down as there is not many left?! They have a promotion going so maybe they should have made WAY MORE! I’m in bismarck North Dakota and don’t get donuts often. Now I’m stuck with a variety pack of I decide even to waste the $ now. I asked if I could order via phone nope, I asked if they could do the promo for me and hold them nope…. It takes them about a hour ish to fill online order why can’t they just do it….ugh if you have a promotion make more

There are just not enough words to say how much i love this place. The people are just wonderful. Always greeting you with a great attitude. Oh and the coffee and donuts are great too. The donuts just melt in your mouth.

I ordered Christmas donuts weeks in advance to be delivered Christmas Eve to enjoy with the family Christmas morning. I received a call AFTER they were supposed to be delivered that they were out and won't more. At this point, it's too late to go to a store and get stuff to make something else. Thanks a lot, Krispy Kreme Billings.

We love all the face donuts but plain glazed is always my favorite!!

Donuts are good, but they're too cheap to staff this location with enough help to open the dining room. This location is a drive through only. That's a problem for those of us pulling trailers.
