The atmosphere is inviting and warm. The service was subpar unfortunately. I ordered an Americano with oat milk with sweetener. I received a tall black coffee, I had to take the order back and have it corrected. Hannah was the barista, she seemed extremely overwhelmed, thus being a little rude. The young man taking the orders was sweet and professional. This was my first and last visit.

Ordered a basic coffee, not espresso, and was a good medium roast. Shot of white chocolate, pleasant, not too much. Hot or cold options offered with friendly service. Barista was very friendly, confident I will be back.

City Brew on 18th and Grand poor job today!!! I ordered two drinks not that special but we asked for whipped cream our drinks had none. The kind lady fixed the issue but it held us up and everybody else in the drive thru line. Plus our coffee drinks had to go back inside.. for 17.00 for two coffees they should get it right

This shop is cute and the coffee is enjoyable. There is always a line in the drive thru so people definitely like it! It's missing something though. I'm not sure exactly what it is but for now it stays in my placeholder category of reliably decent coffee but only going til I find the perfect place that totally nails it every time.

It was okay. I loved the inside layout and variety of seating options. It was really neat that they had dividers on some of the booths for people who were coming to work or study. I just wish they had more expansive vegan options because they didn't have anything that a vegan like myself could eat on the menu. We did try the mango smoothie, but it was not fresh, and it was just made of a very sweet sugary syrup.

I get a carmel cream and it taste delicious. More whip and it will be perfect. I take away a star cause my sister works there. But she makes the carmel creams for me so 🥰
