City Brew Coffee

This coffee stand was awesome. It was better than my ex wife cheating on me twice with three different men. The girl with the black hair made exceptional coffee.

Really disappointed by the managers of City Brew of Helena. Had an interview, got the job, accepted the job, and was set up to start at work on a certain date. Just to receive a TEXT message from the owner saying “I’m so sorry about the disruption in plans Aspen, but some schedule/availability changes just came up with my current staff so I’m not actually able offer you the position at this point in time. I will get back in contact with you if I do need you at a later date.” Highly unprofessional to receive this news via text message with no further explanation. The impression I got from this is that they no longer need any more workers… although I have two friends who have applied and got an interview. I am extremely embarrassed for this company after I found these things out.

Time and time again I give city brew a chance. It’s so bad!

The drinks are great, but the customer service is so bad. Like, genuinely something I've never experienced before. The older woman that helped me today was very snarky, rolled her eyes at me repeatedly, talked trash about her coworker in front of me with her other coworker (???) and just seemed to have a bad attitude. This isn't the first time this has happened either, and while I understand having a bad day or a bad time in general, no matter how good the coffee is, I just don't think it's worth it if the people working are rude to you because you got in line.

I’m being very generous with the stars. Sometimes they have very good costumer service but others times it can be very bad. There is one older lady that works at the one on prospect I think it is. Anyways there is one lady who is very rude and it seems like she doesn’t like her job. She also doesn’t wear her mask properly. She likes to dump all of her problems on to the costumers. She really needs to be talked to with the manager of the company. But other than that I love it there. She is pretty much the only reason why I really don’t go there anymore.’

Customer service is a major issue. I always order the same exact thing every time. Obviously I know how much it is there is several ladies that will try over charge me up to $2.50 more than the actual price. Probably pocketing the cash as "tip" money how the owners don't catch on is beyond me. The theft from customers really needs more attention brought to it. I had let it slip by a time or two. Probably happened to others too when in a rush.
Drinks most of the time are pretty consistent.

I go to City brew almost every day (not proud) every person I've encountered there has been so friendly and always willing to fix mistakes if they are made, which is seldom! The coffee is amazing and good priced, top that off with awesome customer service, and you've got a lovely coffee spot. I love city brew!

City Brew is the BEST coffee shop in Helena! I stop in EVERY morning for my tall vanilla frappe with a shot and I could not go a morning without it! The ladies that work there are so, so sweet and they don't even have to ask what I want they already know me! Their frappe's are so creamy and delicious!
I always dread when I go out of state and have to go to other coffee shops, I always can't wait to get back and get my City Brew fix!

City Brew Coffee is wonderful! It is my favorite local coffee house. The staff is always friendly and have smiles. I would love it if there was an indoor place to go with a friend. Keep up the great work!
