City Brew Coffee

First time coming to any City Brew and unfortunately we must have caught the employee at this location at a bad time. She seemed annoyed that we didn't know what we wanted (never been here before), and then at the window the same girl or a new girl would hold the items out with no communication. When we first arrived to the window the lack of acknowledgement and communication led us to believe she was deaf or mute, neither of which was the case.
Despite the rude customer service and high prices the food was great! The monkey bread muffin and the spicy sausage biscuit were amazing. Super delicious! The sausage and egg burrito does lack sausage. It's mostly egg and lacks seasoning but still okay.
We were at the window at 11:12am, we were the only car and it didn't seem busy at all during that time.

It was a pleasant surprise to walk into this business and be greeted in such a happy, friendly manner. I don't know the names of the 3 young ladies who were on duty on Thurs, Feb 9, 2023, around 2 p.m., but they are the best. Kudos to them! They are an asset to this business. Great coffee, too!

Great coffee and super helpful barista's!! They made my kids hot chocolate not so hot so they could drink it right away and made a special non-coffee frappe drink for my littlest. Such friendly staff to greet us after a long night of driving-highly reccomend!!

Coffee was fine, I do love the variety of seating options! The vibe could use a re-vitalization, feels a little cookie-cutter/ over industrialized for my taste at least-- but made for a good study place which I'm grateful for!

Good, fast service and excellent food and drinks. Prices are very easy to manage and you get a great value. Stop by! You won't be sorry

Adorable “western” themed cousin of the big Seattle coffee chain. Delicious Carmel Machiatto and oat milk chai! We stopped at the Butte location in the morning and thought it was so good we stopped at the location in Missoula at lunch time for a pick me up!

I enjoyed my visit here. It's a mellow place to hang out and even to do business. The Green Tea Huckleberry Frappe was fantastic! The place is clean and the staff was friendly and service was fast.

I LOVE coffee... The wait time is decent on the busy days and they make sure to get you taken care of as quick as possible

Completely satisfactory, but nothing exciting. Everything was very clean and the employees were nice and efficient.

Normally I love this place I get the same thing everytime. Despite them cussing me twice in the past year which dumb on me for not checking I still went and just pay a different way and stopped going as often. Today I went and asked for my usual and it looks like all I got was some watered down coffee at the very bottom then some whip cream filled the cup. Sadly I can’t leave work to go get sobering else.
