I've been here a few times, but this is my first review on them. The staff has always been very friendly with all smiles. Coffees I've tried have been really good, my favorite are their lattes. I mainly use the drive thru, but have gone inside to get coffee and it's a very comfortable atmosphere. Would recommend.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at this location. My caramel latte hot tasted like caramel flavored milk not even hot. Ask it to be made over they forgot about it for 20 mins. And still brought me milk flavored water still not hot.The staff we're parked on the sidewalk and took our order leaning across the counter never once did I see any of them wash their hands. And I am not sure if there is a dress code but they all looked like they came from a high school party. Super unprofessional. I will not be returning due to this experience

Two mocha lattes. Got the medium because they said it had same espresso as large, just large has more milk. Very weak and watery. Told the employee and he said "the espresso is probably weak" indicating it was used more than once. He dumped a big coffee grind catch and added a single shot to both drinks. Still tasted like watery milk. Looks exactly like Starbucks but with worse coffee (didn't think that was possibe). Go somewhere else. Zero stars

Really great place to sit and get some work done. Fast WiFi and lots of seating with available outlets. Open and airy layout with indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff and good coffee to boot.

I'm sure everyone here is well intentioned - the young ladies that work behind the counter are always very pleasant. Nevertheless, their Internet is very intermittent and when charging a premium as City Brew does, and the relative ease of providing reliable Internet service to its customers, I just can't continue to patronize this business. I've tried on three separate occasions and no luck. In my book, that's three strikes.

Girls were very welcoming and friendly so I thought I was going to have s great experience. Asked a question about the monkey muffin and ordered one with my mocha. I left with my stuff and got down the road before I sipped on the coffee, as it was extremely hot, and it was black with some whipped topping. Really bitter not a mocha at all.
I could sense a change in tone/vibe when they saw I didn't add a tip on my card purchase. I tipped cash but they didn't see that because they seemed disturbed that I didn't have it on card. I don't buy coffee from shops often so when I do is like a treat for me. Guess I'll just go to Metro and drive the extra mile. Sorry City Brew, I used to buy coffee more often and it was always at one of your locations. Not anymore.

It very much looks and feels like a cheap Starbucks knock off. Zero originality. I ordered a black coffee, it was so terrible I threw it away. That made me sad as it was early and we were about to start an 8 hour drive and I was very much looking forward to drinking my coffee on the road. My son ordered some flavored, sweetened (in my opinion monstrosity) then made fun of me for ordering plain coffee from a shop like that. He said and I quote, "of course the coffee is bad that's why they dress it up with all that junk." I'm sorry I like my coffee with just beans and water and expect it to taste like heaven in a cup. The employees were less than welcoming and not friendly in the least, I really wanted to take my $5 tip back. Idk what was worse the fact that I paid to throw away the coffee or the fact that I tipped them.
To sum it up: No, I don't recommend City Brew Coffee.

I get being busy and understaffed, but this was an awful first time experience. Waited over 30 minutes for one drink, which would have been fine if I ever got confirmation that it was the correct drink.
My name was never called, but I saw the drink up there after the person who ordered before me got their drinks. I tried to ask one worker twice if this was my drink, and she ignored me. I finally got the other worker to respond, but she didn’t know and said she would ask the worker who ignored me when she was less busy. After being there that long and waiting another 5 minutes for a response, I finally just took the drink and left.
I am dissatisfied because it was a special order with almond milk (my fiance can’t have regular milk) so it was important that it was right. I opened the drink to look at it and it wasn’t even filled to the top…after I tasted the drink, it was clearly something minty, not the white chocolate mocha I ordered.
Very very disappointing for our first visit. I don’t mind waiting when someone is busy, but being ignored is not right. Feel like I got ripped off after paying $6 for the drink and leaving a $1.50 tip because I realized they were busy when ordering.

Service here is horrible. The food came out 20 minutes later after my coffee was made. And then it came out looking like this

They were out of almond milk, so my usual iced mocha was made with oat milk. It was even more delicious! Thanks for having several milk alternatives including soy, coconut, and almond milk! And huge thanks for now carrying oat milk!!
